Customer service disappears as soon as there's a problem. Not reliable.
I placed an order on April 13 for "60 women's Ralph Lauren sweaters" and a "Spring 2025 Mix pack 10kg" (Order #15868). I received the package and everything was complete. Unfortunately, out of the 60 RL sweaters, 12 were unsellable (holes under the armpits, bleach stains, broken zippers, moth holes, iron or washing machine marks, etc.).
I contacted them on May 15 because this represents 20% of the order, and the condition advertised on their website was "very good condition, with light wear." I included photos of the 12 damaged items and provided constructive feedback.
To my surprise, I received a reply from customer service (Solenne) the very next day! She acknowledged the issue and wrote: “You’re absolutely right: several of the items you mentioned should not have been included in a lot described as 'very good condition with light wear.'”
She offered either a €50 voucher for a future order or a €50 refund, and asked me to let her know which I preferred. Up to that point, everything felt professional and reassuring.
On May 17, I replied saying I preferred a refund and thanked them for the quality of their customer service. No response.
I followed up on May 23. No response.
I followed up again on June 1 – still nothing.
At this point, I’ve hit a wall and it’s clear I won’t be getting anything.
Very disappointing. Be cautious if you're ordering from them by post, if anything goes wrong, you'll be met with complete silence.
