The report generated only the type of the car ,year and country of manufacture.unseless info's,for which they took the money even if in the pre report they gave a history of the car and milage.
I've generated an report on an other website-with complete history.

When I tried to make a complait-their response was that they are working with some providers-and this info is available...

Absolutely useless report, but 100% they take your money.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the report provided. The information presented is extremely limited and of poor quality, falling far short of what was initially promised. It is unacceptable that, in a document of this nature, there is not even a mileage log, something that I consider basic and essential.

The report delivered in no way fulfils the expectations created, and the service provided leaves a lot to be desired. I consider this situation to be a real disgrace, and I hope that you will take the necessary measures to correct this fault and provide a document that lives up to what was promised, or proceed to return the amount paid.

I look forward to receiving a response and having this situation rectified.

More complete than DNA and CarVertica and cheaper to!

I have been quite uncertain of buying a report for the european car, having read all the negative reviews about this site. Though having not found any other source of information I made up my mind. It turned out to be quite adequate and informative.
All the history of the inspections, actions, criminal check and road events are there. Hope it is an exhaustive info.

SCAM, they dont show any information

Useless History Check

After placing the VIN number, it showed that there is Vehicle History and Check History (which are important for me out of all the other reports), from those titles I would understand that it will show the history of the car for example maintenance history at least 3. But unfortunately, it showed useless information and nothing that can be beneficial, I contacted the customer support and explained the situation with a request for a refund, but they kept insisting that they gave me what it showed from the search result, which is fooling the client that they will get something and turns out a very basic info.

I will explain what the free search should contain just for their info (customers have basic knowledge of those things):

Vehicle history: mention that there are 3 histories checked (any sort of maintenance) and show one for free, so they can believe it's legit)
Check History: mention that there are 3 checked histories (any sort of maintenance) and show one for free, so they can believe it's legit)
(customer will have no idea what the difference between them and what sort of information they will get out of them)
Stolen Databases: show at least 2 free
Production Year: show few info.
Vehicle Equipment: show few info.
Manufacturer Information: show few info. (even though the customer can get them for free but at least show 2)

make everything clear to the customer and not place a big title that turns out it's a basic info.
e.g. Maintainance Check -> after payment -> the car was maintained. That way you fool the customers.
When it should be (Maintainance Check (5, 1_change of ... date 1.1.2010)-> after payment -> list them all. That's legit and reliable

In the end, I was on a hunt for a used car and did not buy the car I check on automoli.com, and I got to search more and will be using a different website that is transparent with their customers. I as a customer will never recommend this website to anybody, as a matter of fact, ill be making sure that friends and family should be aware not to take such service through this website.

Another useless VIN car history check website. Stay away!
