The lip liner broke during the first use. When I tried to twist out more, either the mechanism didn’t work or it was simply faulty. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t even get the chance to see how it looks on my lips. The lip tint, however, is fantastic — but I don’t know how they look together

Points all gone.
Saved up loads of points, tried to redeem them last order but it didn’t work. I seemed to end up with a ‘voucher’ instead so I tried to use it on my purchase today but it’s gone.
Loyalty scheme is more of a loyalty scam.

I placed my order the 27th and was initially due to be delivered to my home address. There will be no one in the house on weekdays to deliver the parcel so I redirected EVRI to a locker near me. Tracker says it was delivered to the locker location on the 31st Aug at 23:59, but EVRI never gave me a code to claim it. So, I waited. Days passed and a ton of enquiries and back and forth emails to Beauty Bay and EVRI, and they all say the same thing. EVRI says that “It’s still on the way to the locker” even though it says delivered. Where is my code to claim? Nothing. Still the same auto response from EVRI. Meanwhile, Beauty bay ignored my explanation of the situation three times by three different people and wanted me to sign a “Denial of receipt” declaration. I mean, denial? I have not received a code to claim my parcel! I ended up rephrasing their formatted declaration and sent it because 99% of it did not apply to the occurrence. Seriously, beautybay. Your customer service needs improvement. Not all customers are the same and wants a freeload! I actually paid for my products and want to receive them so I can use it. Nearly 2 weeks in, I still have no products!

Foundation ordered on 29th and next day delivery paid for, it is the 3rd September and still no delivery or up date. Impossible to get to speak with anyone apart from a bot. This is the second time this has happened with beauty bay- terrible service would not reccomend
Parcels were not placed in my allocated safe space but instead left in front of the door as no one was in and left where they could have been taken/stolen) instead of allocated safe space - couriers could do with reading the instructions given to them when someone isn’t home, what’s the point in asking for this information if it’s going to be ignored by the courier!

I did a order with them for a made by Mitchell bundle I basically get all of my UK brand products from them other then Plouise I go to directly to them and wow they are great and very quick coming from the UK but I ordered about 2 weeks ago and the tracking is telling me my product should have been here by August 27th and guess what I don’t have nothing yet and when I try to go track my product I basically can’t all it says is that it’s in America so I decided to contact th there customer service to see if they can track it and get a exact location or refund me simple I have gotten no response at all am sorry but that’s so unprofessional and people continue to praise them and I had a bad experience with them last time wrote a review on the BBB and they basically said I was lying and then had the nerve to ask me to give them a review on the product I got of course from made by Mitchell and I wrote the review under the product and basically wrote the bad experience I had with them and of course they erased it so know 5 months later the only reason why I ordered of them because what I wanted is cheaper than going somewhere else but I definitely learned my lesson and I don’t like my money or time being played with at all and if you had a great experience with beauty bay great I didn’t they suck

Ordered on the 6th of August, item still not received, confirmed by Evri Parcel has been lost in transit , customer service are non existent and take over 48hrs to get back to you, which is pointless as they come up with excuse after excuse, you reply…..wait another 48 hours for a response ,it’s an ongoing saga, lucky I paid with credit card so will
Go through them instead to get a refund as I have confirmation from Evri themselves to state parcel was lost, will never waste my time using Beauty Bay again.
