Worst washer dryer ever and poor customer service
Purchased my washer dryer back in February 2024 and without a shadow of a doubt it has been the worst appliance I have ever owned.
The washer dryer has been consistently faulty with leaks from the detergent tray, drum seal and electrical faults with the dial and buttons.
I am currently awaiting my 5th engineer visit and Haier are refusing to do anything but send engineers, despite the persistent faults and inadequate repairs.
On my first engineer visit the worker attempted to fix the detergent tray with glue and black electrical tape. I kid you not! I have photos. Consequent visits have had slightly more competent engineers but the machine still remains overall faulty.
Having a family with small kids means a functional washer dryer is essential, but with an Haier product I’m constantly left mopping up leaks or pulling my hair out trying to select options on a faulty electrical board.
I truly hate my product with a passion and the customer service team don’t really care, nor wish to truly understand or escalate my complaint. Just a constant cycle of waiting in for the next shoddy engineer visit.
Please don’t waste your time or money!

Title: I regret buying Haier — no support, only stress and frustration
I bought this Haier fridge freezer for around £700 — a serious amount of money — expecting a reliable appliance. Instead, after just a couple of years, it started failing: the freezer alarm beeps endlessly, the temperature indicators flash nonstop, and it drives me and my wife absolutely mad.
I contacted Haier support hoping for help, but the experience was shocking. Instead of any real assistance, I was pushed through endless bureaucracy, told to find years-old receipts, and asked to make phone calls even after I explained I cannot do that at the moment. Their final message: “we have no alternative route.”
So basically — no help at all.
I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly angry. For £700 you expect reliability and proper after-sales support — not to be left alone with a malfunctioning appliance and zero solutions.
I regret buying Haier, and I absolutely do not recommend their products. When something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

I bought split AC from Kohinoor…
I bought split AC from Kohinoor Santacruz and the sales person agreed for all terms and price. After installation they gave me a bill of Rs. 5300/- against the agreed charges of 1180/- + GST.
The technician who came for installation was in his street T shirt and came withi his brother. His brother who has no connection with Haier but he installed the AC. Now Kohinoor technician got his commission is not taking this complaint and giving various reasons. Please ensure that do not buy Haier AC and from Kohinoor even if you get it with a good discount. They are selling shit and fooling people. The sales person at Kohinoor will show the AC for which he gets very high commission. Please baware of both Haier and Kohinoor shops.

+2 Months of Service failure-No Accountability
This is the worst service experience I have had with any brand.
My Haier washing machine has been non-functional for almost 2 months. The service center assigned to me (Sai Cooling Solution) has repeatedly delayed visits, sent careless technicians, and failed to fix the issue after multiple attempts.
Timeline of failure:
• First technician took ₹1354 and left the machine in a worse condition.
• Second technician delayed for days, came late, and said the issue was “not his responsibility.”
• Third technician dragged the process again, asked for extra charges, returned, and still could not repair the machine.
• Repeated follow-ups = no result. No urgency. No responsibility. No professionalism.
Two months have passed and the machine is still dead.
Haier’s service management has completely collapsed here. This level of negligence is unacceptable from any brand. Customers cannot keep chasing technicians who don’t show up, don’t fix anything, and keep wasting time.
Posting this so future customers know exactly what they are dealing with. If Haier wants to protect its reputation, they should fix my case immediately and take strict action against the service center.

Month after month of contacting the company they can not give me any indication of when the fault will be fixed. I didnt know whether to buy something else to get through winter.

The management leave their poor staff ill informed and unable to answer questions.

Maine 8 October ko Haier ka TV purchase kiya tha. Sirf 5–6 din ke andar (13–14 October ko) TV ka remote kharab ho gaya, aur 16 October ko TV me blast jaisi awaz aayi. Maine turant Haier customer care me complaint register ki, lekin ab tak koi action nahi liya gaya hai.
Upar se, jahan se TV liya tha, unhone mujhse extra paise liye aur meri beti ke saath badtameezi se baat ki. Haier ke service people bhi customer se badtameezi se baat karte hain — bilkul unprofessional behaviour!
Itna bada brand hone ke bawajood na product theek hai, na service, na behaviour! Agar jaldi solution nahi mila toh mujhe consumer court tak jaana padega.
Main Haier brand par bharosa karke ye TV liya tha, lekin product aur service dono se bahut disappointed hoon. Kripya meri complaint par jaldi se jaldi action liya jaye aur problem ka solution diya jaye.
Customer satisfaction Haier ke liye priority honi chahiye — please resolve this issue at the earliest.

I had an error message on my brand new Haeir washing machine, so I had to have an engineer out. After his visit I had to have another engineer out. He was rude and said he wasn't going to look at my machine and left. Customer service isn't much better either. In Hindsight I should of refused the machine. I have to make another appointment and no availability until two weeks. Two days lost waiting in for engineers and I still cant use the machine. The next available appointment is two weeks away. All in all three weeks without being able to use my machine.

Avoid Haier top loading washing machines
Bought a brand new 7.5 kg top loading washing machine in 2025. It is the worst product I’ve ever encountered. Every single wash leaves white powdery marks on my cloths. I use liquid detergent and fabric softener and have tried every cycle (including extra rinse) and nothing stops these dreaded marks. I’ve only used the machine 10 or so times too. Hate it. Had technicians out and still no fix. I should have paid a bit more and got a F n P or LG machine. Big regret.
Glass Hob
My glass hob exploded in the middle of cooking dinner. & 7 months later and I am still trying to get it resolved. Months before this my glass oven door whilst in cleaning mode also exploded.
The communication is shocking, I have been passed from one place to another. I would not recommend any of Haier applicances. Appauling service.
