Smsung's products quality went terrible down.
In last 3 years samsung's product quality wend terrible down. I bought Galaxy Z Fold 7, it come with defective pixels, they won't return or replace it. My Galaxy Buds 3 pro not using built-in mic when you wear one of buds, and uses phone's mic instead. And when phone's in pocket or when it on table and you're roaming in room, mic on phone can't reach your voice and other party in call can't hear your voice. My Galaxy watch battery start drining faster after 6 months of use. My TV's Wi-Fi module went off and not working anymore. And I was more than 10 year samsung's customer. All my products at home were samsung. All ecosystem at home. All procust preached from last 3-4 years have defects and become deffective.
The Worst customer service experience in my Life
My refrigerator is leaking water. Trying to get it fixed before warranty run out. They used manufacturing date as my purchase date screwed up my warranty. After a big ordeal of trying to show proof to them with receipts from HomDepot, they still don't want to send tech out to fix it for you. Customer service is the lowest of the low. Come up with all kinds of BS to get you to back out or have you call back later. Customer service is cheap, outsourced to a third word country workers who don't understand what customer service is all about. This would be my last of Samsung product in my household. They know their product is not reliable as it used to be anymore. Don't want to stand behind their product and deal with headache. Just let the third world scums deal with us.
Never again, Samsung! I should have researched it first.
Oh my gosh! The hoops I had to go through to set up a service appointment! They wanted me to set up a video. I’ve been working on this over an hour - just to get my dryer I’ve had less than a year serviced because it does a crappy job of *drying.*. I often have to dry a second time, even on a small load. I can sure see why Samsung has such a piss poor rating. My bad.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Order Delayed with No Answers from Samsung
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Samsung regarding my recent purchase. I ordered a mobile phone with the clear expectation that it would be delivered on Monday, as stated at the time of purchase. However, it has now been two days past the promised date, and I still have not received my device nor have I received any meaningful explanation.
What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of clarity and accountability from Samsung’s customer service. I have called the customer service line, used the online chat, and followed every possible channel provided. Despite all these attempts, no one has been able to tell me where my order is, why it has been delayed, or when I can realistically expect delivery. All I receive are generic responses and automated e-mails advising of a delay, yet no actual solution or real update.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and at the very least, accurate information about my purchase. Instead, I have been left without my device, without support, and without any confidence in Samsung’s delivery process.
Samsung should take responsibility for this failure and urgently improve communication with their customers. This has been far below the level of service I expected from a company of such reputation.
SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE
SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND I THINK THAT THEY ARE TOLD TO DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE HELL BENT ON NOT HELPING YOU NEITHER!!!!! MY WAS OVER HEATING THAT IT GOT SO HOT THAT I HAD TO DROP IT AND THE PHONE WAS DAMAGED!!!! I EXPLAINED THAT TO THEM IN FULL DETAILS AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IN MY PHONE!!!! IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE ITHEY'VE HAD MY PHONE AND I'VE BEEN GIVING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHAT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN NEXT WITH MY PHONE!!!! EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT WHO ARE NOW AMERICAN ALL OF A SUDDEN CAN'T SEEM TO YOU EITHER!!!! SO I'M STARTING THINK THAT SAMSUNG JUST WANTS YOU TO BUY THERE PRODUCT AND JUST KEEP BUYING PRODUCTS NO MATTER IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE OR NOT!!!!
Buy the Oura ring
Update: just had an email asking for £449 to repair my ring... Given that a brand new ring costs far less than this, combined with the three calls last week to customer service about how I only purchased my ring on 20 December 2024, means that it should be in warranty - who on earth do they have pricing these repairs... Samsung have officially lost their minds.
The support teams wouldn't know basic service if it slapped them on the arse.
Don't bother with the Samsung Ring, the battery will die after a few months and only last 48 hours. Customer service could not be less helpful. I've spoken to four different people, all with different advice and promises and none of it is true. I've had the same conversation with too many people and the action promised never materialised. I was told to head to a Samsung shop to get the repair done in store, only to get there and be told they don't repair rings in store. Utter chaos.
Poor quality and short lifespan TV
I bought a Samsung UE50TU8072 expecting a reliable product and ended up with a TV that developed permanent screen lines and then failed entirely after only three years. No accidents, no damage, just poor quality. The repair cost is basically the price of a new TV, which shows how disposable Samsung designs them. Three years for a major purchase is unacceptable. I’m done with Samsung and wouldn’t recommend their TVs to anyone.
Faulty Samsung Range
I purchased a Samsung range in early November, and it was delivered on November 18th. On November 26th — only the second time I ever used it — I heard a loud pop, looked down, and saw that the entire cooktop had cracked from one end to the other. After inspecting it more closely, I also noticed the cooktop is bowed, which clearly points to a manufacturing defect.
I wasn’t overly stressed at first because the appliance is brand new and should have been fully covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty. But Samsung has refused to cover it, claiming that “cracks” aren’t included — even though the crack happened during normal use and is obviously related to the bowed surface.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Samsung initially told me a technician would be sent to inspect the unit. Instead, they abruptly closed the case after an “investigation,” despite the fact that no one ever came to look at the range. How can a proper investigation be done without physically inspecting the product?
My husband and I spent years saving bit by bit to finally replace our old appliances, and now we’re stuck with a brand-new range that’s damaged through no fault of our own. No cooktop should crack after two uses, and Samsung has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving what is clearly a defective product
If I could give a ZERO score I would
If I could give a ZERO score I would.
I've been a Samsung customer for many years .
Purchased an S25, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, ear pods & accessories £2000 in total . Called Samsung as purchase was made while I was outside the UK , to check whether I could extend 14day trade in deal on my old Samsung phone ( £156) & was assured I could . Received e mail from 3rd party company Samsung use for trade in refusing to extend the commitment Samsung gave me .
I will return ALL products to Samsung ......£2000...and purchase from APPLE who understand customer service. Avoid Samsung unless you want to be totally misled.
They clearly do not understand customer service or loyalty......by the fact they do not respond to any reviews on Trustpilot. Totally unprofessional. Never again Samsung
If you want cashback, hire a professional photographer for a studio shot of the serial number
Bought a new TV which is great but it came with a £75 cashback. Firstly, you cannot claim for 30 days after purchase. By which time any normal buyer will have put it on the wall. When you apply for the cashback you will start down a rabbit hole of crappy customer service. You have to send a photograph of the serial number on the back of the TV. I took two with the crappy camera on my Samsung phone as one showed the entire serial number badge but the barcode is not readable and the second was a closeup of the barcode. Not good enough, try again is the reply every time you send a photo in.
Samsung use the worst logistics company…
Samsung use the worst logistics company I have ever come across for Portugal orders. You place an order and are given an estimated delivery date but then they try to deliver a week earlier when you are out. No way of contacting them and the online date picker will not allow an alternative schedule. They do not answer their phone either. A complete waste of time, I would happily go to the Loule depot to collect, where my order is apparently sitting there waiting for Christmas - but they do not even give you this option. I have many Samsung products but now I have to look elsewhere to source my Christmas presents. Thanks a lot Samsung.

I purchased an S21 FE 2 years back
I purchased an S21 FE 2 years back, and recently a green line issue appeared on the screen. I emailed and registered a complaint, and also contacted the toll-free number, but I haven’t received any proper response yet.Yesterday, I called the toll-free number again and requested a callback from a Malayalam coordinator. I was informed that the coordinator wasn’t available at that moment and that I would receive a call within 2 hours. However, no one has contacted me until now.My family has been loyal to Samsung, using various products like mobile phones, fridge, washing machine, etc., and we were always happy with the brand. But with this experience, we are disappointed and may not purchase or recommend Samsung products anymore.
Deceptive Practice on large Samsung purchase.
Title: Samsung’s Online Sales Team Used Deceptive Price-Match Tactics — Consumers Beware
I never write reviews like this, but what Samsung just did to me deserves to be publicly exposed.
I contacted Samsung’s online sales team about purchasing a full kitchen package — refrigerator, double oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. I already had a significantly better deal from Lowe’s, so I asked the Samsung representative directly if they would price match. He told me that the only way to receive the price match was to purchase the appliances through Samsung first at their price, and then call the number he provided to receive a refund for the difference.
Let me be very clear:
I would not have purchased through Samsung at all if their employee had not explicitly promised a price match refund.
He assured me, multiple times, that Samsung would match Lowe’s Black Friday price after purchase. I have the entire message history proving this.
So I trusted them.
I placed the order through Samsung, spending thousands of dollars based solely on their representative’s promise.
The next day, I called to process the price match — exactly as instructed.
Samsung’s response?
“We already gave you discounts, so we do not price match.”
This was not only the opposite of what their employee promised, it made no logical sense. If I hadn’t taken their smaller discount, the Lowe’s price match would have been even lower, so their reasoning was nothing more than a bad excuse to avoid honoring their own commitment.
This is textbook bait-and-switch behavior.
Samsung’s own sales rep persuaded me to make a large purchase under false pretenses, then customer service refused to honor the price match he guaranteed.
Consumers deserve honesty.
Instead, Samsung delivered deception, contradictory policies, and a total disregard for ethical business practices. If this is how Samsung handles sales promises, I strongly recommend purchasing appliances elsewhere — especially from retailers who actually stand behind their price-match policies.
Samsung lost a customer today, not because of the price, but because of the dishonesty

My new Samsung washing machine broke…
My new Samsung washing machine broke after two months, trapping a full load of my clothes. Customer services were disinterested, refused to put me through to a supervisor stating "they don't want to talk to you" and booked an engineer in to fix the problem in two weeks time. Clothes were ruined, the smell was awful and we had to take our clothes to wash at other people's houses which is very inconvenient. I would not buy a Samsung product again.

Not going to happen.
This is definitely the very last Samsung product I purchased
Promised 1 day delivery on 2 phones and…
Promised 1 day delivery on 2 phones and have delayed twice. Manager level offered $50....thinking it was 1 phone. Upon learning it was 2 (1 for partner) would not provide another $50. Bait and switch!!!
Samsung website is a mockery
Samsung website is terrible and looks more like a mockery and a joke. I will definitely never buy anything made by this Korean corporation.
I don't believe Samsung wants to…
I don't believe Samsung wants to improve its service. I cannot get a live representative to talk with. There are too many questions, the answers to which I do not have. Just give me a phone number and a human being who speaks clear English. Please! I have lost my local TV channels and have no way to get to them. My Wifi sometimes works and other times does not. I can't get my printer to work. And my TV goes out for no good reason. Really? I spend a lot of money on a service that is sporadic.
