My only suggestion would be to have more accurate photos for spa experiences and for there to be a better filter option (e.g. filter out places with a hot tub.
Spaseekers were also prompt and helpful when we were unable to book treatments directly with the spa.

We booked the Arty Butler Service for my sister's hen do. We requested 'masculine' body type. We did not see photos of our butler until he arrived. He was not masculine in body type at all and the bride was very shocked and upset as she thought it was a prank. The butler was friendly and really tried hard to engage the crowd but it was an awkward experience. I contacted Hens with Pens afterwards and we were able to reach a resolution quickly.

As you are aware, with all of our packages we position ourselves differently in the market - not competing with 'buff' Butler type party offerings. We are not lewd in any aspect of our events and our Butler services reflect the artistic nature of our core business rather than a more traditional games & alcohol based event.
As an LGBTQ+ community we strive for positivity and offer a variety of differing gender options, 'masculine' is one of many on offer. This does not indicate the more traditional 'Muscular' body image that you were seeking and our advertising does not reflect this as being the default option, although all of our Butlers & Models are fit and many do demonstrate the body image you were seeking, had this been requested. We offer professional Butlers of all gender types who can not just serve drinks but that can truly lead a party through an arts experience.
The Butler we sent was fit, flexible & 'masculine' but we accept he did not meet your requirement of a 'muscular' look.
We have learnt from your feedback, which is appreciated, and looked again at our offering and available resource to ensure we can deliver on our promise. We will also refocus on ensuring our future customers understand our approach to this package
We are pleased you are impressed with our follow up to your feedback. The moment we were aware there was a problem we were in touch with you and we agreed rapidly a way to bring the matter to a close with agreement that we had done all you requested of us.
Bought a dehydrator which packed in with 5months. Contacted cookworks who were ever so lovely and sent out a new one to arrive the next day after ascertaining the fan had stopped working. Super hassle, this was s how customer service should be. Thank you
Poor quality product and awful customer service. Still waiting for a refund and no response to emails.
UPDATE: Thanks for your reply Grass-fields but it would be lovely if you can actually address the issue and respond to my emails. I am still awaiting a refund of £62.78.

Clothes are awful. Seams are not sewn neatly and fabric is not equal length left to right and front to back. Customer service is a shambles. Offered a refund after several attempts to give me store credit. Finally was offered a refund and was only paid a fraction of it. Still waiting for £65. No reply to my emails now.
