Website needs to be easier to navigate. App that we could get would be great. Doesn't seem to be available when trying to download. Had a query with billing and can't seem to find anyway to contact someone to talk to about charges. Charges seem to fluctuate a lot from week to week. On ordering shipping states o. Eprice but when billed is completely different price

We are so sorry to hear of the inconvenience you had with our service.
Our pricing reflects the fact that we use fresh ingredients that are delivered directly from the Supplier to you, and that do not contain preservatives like the ones you may see in supermarkets. Furthermore, our boxes are delivered directly to your door and contain recipe cards to bring further convenience of having all you need for a meal, as well as the instructions on how to make it.
We have approximately 30 recipes on offer each week, out of which less than 10 usually come with surcharges, as these are specialty meals with ingredients that are more difficult to source. Any premium meals or add-ons that you add to your box will increase the price.
