Brilliant product that has a lifetime warranty

Great product, and equally great service when needed!:). Wallet and company recommended

I bought the whole setup as a gift - magsafe wallet, money clip, and tracker (extra $$) but it was a total scam.
The money clip is held on by a band that wraps over the magsafe, making the magnetic magsafe to the phone COMPLETELY UNUSABLE!!
The tracker card uses an unsupported and outdated chinese app (find easy) which freezes up when using the location tracking! I found out itgot dropped from the android store from all the 1 star reviews, look it up!
I've emailed the support about this since they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY NO QUESTIONS ASKED policy, but they are giving the runaround to not make things right!
Wasted frustration over this misleading product.
This company needs to be held liable for selling this crap and false advertising

This wallet is great quality! I have the glow in the dark one and it seriously gets people jealous that they don’t have one! It holds all my cards and is so low profile that It doesn’t show in your pocket.

I was putting a credit card back in the wallet and the spring mechanism came apart and the wallet couldn’t be used as intended. I contacted you guys and a wallet was sent out the next day. It was a smooth and easy process . They lived up to their warranty

I took advantage of a promotion deal and bought a code 118 bundle. I wasn't sure that it would all work as described, particularly the tracker, which I did have an issue with and a replacement was quickly sent. So overall, I am very happy with the wallet, how I have adapted to using it, and the quality. So very pleased with the purchase and service provided.

Bought this wallet off a whim. So far love it. There is a piece at the bottom of the mechanism that is popping up. But not enough for me to file a warranty claim. Other than that it's been great.

Didn’t bother to attempt to contact me to tell me that an item, which WAS available when I ordered, was currently out of stock. Waited almost 2 weeks to bother to tell me the reason why I STILL haven’t received my order, and once they FINALLY DID contact me to ask how I wanted to proceed( partial refund for the sold out item, exchange sold out item for one currently in stock, or full refund), it had been almost 2 weeks AFTER the order SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED OUT ALREADY. By the time anything had been decided on what would be done, they shipped it out on regular shipping instead of expedited shipping to get me the items ordered a little quicker.

Now I will be lucky to get the items by Christmas, and don’t know if I even want to purchase more for anyone.

I attached my Code 118 to the back of my iPhone using double sided mounting squares. Keeps my wallet with my phone.

I like the wallet. It’s a bit heavy. Toggle works well to lift the cards up. I feel more secure knowing that my information is protected. I added on a tracker. I’m disappointed in that it signaled through my phone that I left my wallet behind. It’s done it 4 random times now. The wallet was in my possession next to my phone each time. I would buy the wallet again and I would buy it as a gift for others. But not the tracker.

Ridiculous return process and the wallet does NOT hold the cards, they slide right out if you have any weight to your credit cards (like ones with metal in them). If the wallet tilts or drops the cards all fell out. Tried to initiate a return and the only way to do so is by emailing the company, no returns portal to make it easy for the customer. Instead it says you have to send them a photo of the item and await their return approval. What a joke!! It’s been three days and no response still. I’ll just dispute on my credit card if I don’t hear back in the next few days. You can’t sell a trash product that doesn’t work for all cards and then give people the runaround when they want to return the unusable item.

Best wallet I have ever owned! I have tried many and I love this one! I bought the leather cover as well, the green looks great.

Very easy .great prices and I've been waiting for the price on the tracker card to come down and snatched it right up.wallet though had it a while works great wouldn't change it for the world.
