The wallet was great and their customer support was amazing, responding in minutes despite me reaching out late on a Saturday. They got everything squared away for me really quickly and were super kind. I would recommend 100%.

The machanism in the wallet stopped working about 18 months of use. I looked at the Ekster website and it looked like it would be covered under warranty. I usually assume that warrantys don't cover anything so I was very suprised how easy it was to file a claim and how great the service was at Ekster. Customer for life now plus I love the product!

As a degreed engineer, I am always analyzing the design of items that I purchase. I purchased multiple items from Ekster and was pleasantly surprised with the design, functionality & packaging - especially with their Cardholder Pro for MagSafe and their Cardholder Nano for MagSage. I was tired of always "sitting" on my wallet with all the cards and the bulk. These designs allow me to carry them in my front pocket and access all cards quite readily when needed. Additionally the MagSafe feature allows me to connect both of these items to my iPhone. I contacted their Customer Service group MANY times with questions prior to placing my order. They were very responsive and open to my many technical/engineering questions. I had a number of follow up question after receiving my items and they were still very helpful in reconciling all matters. They were a pleasure to work with and I am quite pleased with all the devices I purchased from them. I am very happy to recommend their products to others moving forward.

I’ve been using the Ekster Cardholder Pro, and honestly, it’s one of the best upgrades I’ve made in a long time. I originally bought an Ekster Cardholder about two years ago after moving on from my old ACM that I carried for 15+ years. I was looking for something slim, durable, and easy to use — and I’m really glad I stumbled across Ekster.
The new Cardholder Pro feels like a solid evolution from the original. It’s slimmer, cleaner, and the card ejection feels smoother and more refined. It survives my daily life — and I’m rough on wallets. I genuinely enjoy using it every day.
Customer support deserves its own 5 stars. When the band on my older Ekster broke, they immediately shipped me a replacement backplate and band at no charge. No hoops, no hassle — just fast, friendly service. That level of support is rare these days, and it made me even more confident sticking with the brand.
Ekster products aren’t the cheapest on the market, but the quality, design, and support absolutely justify it. After using mine daily, I can’t imagine going back to bulky wallets or cheap knockoffs. The Cardholder Pro is the real deal.

I’ve been an Ekster customer for years, and they’ve earned every bit of loyalty I give them. Their wallets are beautifully made, smartly designed, and built to last. I’ve had a couple of small issues over the years, like the gen 1 of the tracker card. Well, that’s where a company shows its true colors. Ekster didn’t just fix the problem. They went above and beyond and replaced it. Fast replies. Real solutions. Zero runaround.
Any brand looks great until something goes wrong. A great brand stands behind its product after the sale, and Ekster absolutely does. Their customer service team consistently goes the extra mile, which is why I tell everyone about them.
If you carry a wallet, you need an Ekster wallet. They’ve proven themselves time and time again, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I purchased the ekster wallet pro recently and I am very satisfied. The wallet looks and works great. When the wallet arrived I noticed a small defect in the leather. Ekster sent me an e mail to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I I formed them of the defect and they offered to send me a new one or give me credit to purchase more stuff from them. The service I have received is second to none. Great product with a great team working to make sure their customers are 100% happy. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

I've had the most amazing experience with Paola as my wallet's band got overstretched with time and within an email of me sending it, Paola replied (on Thanksgiving as well). She has been amazing and their customer service has been phenomenal.

Totally disappointed. Within a week the magna pro card wallet doesn’t work. Cards fall out. Customer service is slow and making it difficult. No customer service number to speak with anyone. Just emails trying to slow the process down.

Great product and easy customer service. My husband has MS and can't easily operate some wallets but this one pops them up with a button so they're easy to grasp. It's also standing up to a lot of wear and tear.
The elastic band that comes with the wallets isn't sold separately and my husband's band was wearing out so they sent me a new one within a week of my inquiry.

Originally, I order the Ekster Wallet Pro and once I received it, it arrived used. I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue a few hours later. The replacement arrived at my door in less than a week and met all my expectations. The wallet functions exactly as advertised and feels sturdy in the hand. Nice sleek and functional design. My friend asked if he could have the used wallet that was accidentally sent to me and loved it!

Overall an incredible experience. Ordered, got an email the same day that the product was shipped, got the product delivered the next day. It wasn’t really a match for me, so I asked to return it. Return was super quick and easy and the customer support was lightning fast and super kind. Even though the product I ordered wasn’t a match for me I would still recommend Ekster for anyone looking for a sexy looking wallet.
