Amazing. The only word that can describe this whole experience. I applied on the Monday and received my budget, Then i started looking for cars , its great that you can add a car and it is fully checked for you, i got a tad carried away here and had around 12 cars yhat i “wanted” Eventually narrowed it down to one and went ahead with one from a garage local to me on the Saturday morning. I had the agreement signed and the money transferred to the garage by 12:30 the same day so yes they do everything they can to help and you are kept informed via the app which os so easy to use. Would highly recommend

Avoid like the plague. Despite earning over £60k and having low outgoings, I was knocked back on a £20k car because the credit rating agency is still punishing me for debts I had to take on in my divorce five years ago. This company is nothing but a data harvesting scam. I got refused and then within minutes the phone calls started pouring in from all over the country. DON’T USE

Quick and easy. Been doing for 25 years and amazed how quick the process just by the tip of your finger not just before waiting for decisions if to be approved or not, selling not needed for your car. This ones is easy and friendly when you call them back

I would like to commend Charlie at Carmoola for the exceptional support she provided during a long and challenging issue I experienced with Zuto. Her help was truly invaluable. At a point when I was becoming quite frustrated, she stepped in with professionalism and reassurance, taking on responsibilities that made the situation far easier for me to manage.

I am deeply grateful for her dedication and follow-through. She consistently kept in contact with Zuto, ensured my concerns were addressed, and ultimately helped me recover my deposit from the dealer and have the loan agreement cancelled.

Charlie went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding assistance she offered.

Overall - a good experience. Quick, straightforward and simple. Pre-approved means little though - you still need to be credit checked / provide proof of income, but once that is done and passed - no problems!

Abit scary because it was so easy to navigate through the app and then they even do free checks on the car included in the deal. Honestly hands down best finance deal on a car ive ever done and this is my third.
