Ordered multi styler & leather case. Case arrived damaged, email multiple times & had no response.
Absolutely no customer service at all. Avoid this company at all costs

I have very fine hair which has become frizzy - especially in humid or wet/rainy weather. I was looking for something which would help curl my hair and calm the frizziness when I dried it. The dryer is fairly simple to use - great detachable heads for different styles. I also got the 'Forever Curl' which isn't great for me as it doesn't keep the curl in, it just makes it sticky and crunchy no matter how far away I spray it or how little I use (following the directions).

Styler arrived and doesn't work on my hair. Left it frizzy and the curler didn't do anything. I have emailed them 4 times to advise how to return this and have had no response. Only get 7 days from delivery date to return but no return options are given on the website apart from to email them. Very poor customer service. Thank all the good reviews on social media are made up

Great product well worth the money, did take a long time to arrive though

Storage box has been damaged in transit and does not close properly so cannot give as a gift- have asked for refund (Lilystyler confirmed in an email response to my issue saying they accept responsibility for the couriers) however I was offered 10% off next purchase...Will not be using again and still in communication trying to get a full refund for the box...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID.

I ordered in October and still havnt recieved delivery I’ve emailed numerous times for a refund and to see where my order is and I have had no response, do not use this company it’s a scam!!!

Very poor delivery service. Paid the next day delivery charge and it was still in China so was never going to work.

No phone number to call very slow in replying to e mails and they just offer discounts on your next purchase to smooth things over but we need the first purchase to arrive.

I just hope the delivery arrives as it’s been two weeks now since we purchased the product.

Next day delivery not accurate - product comes from China. Smells of burning in use and is flimsy. Straighteners don’t heat up and don’t have much of a spring them so hair gets caught.
Poor returns policy that doesn’t adhere to UK law. I went via my bank for a refund as they were unhelpful through the customer services only offering me 10% my next order. Avoid.

Cheap parts, overheats, after 1 use it was a clear case of return. Then I was told I supposed to return the item to China, eventhough on the website is a London address, completely scam and wastebof money, stay away!

I have not received my order, no one is replying to my emails and the delivery information says it’s been returned to sender. I am getting the feeling that this company is a scam!!!

Awful DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! I order a styler, received it and it didn’t work properly so I sent it back for replacement or refund, this was in August they take ages to email me back and just keep asking for proof of return which I’ve sent them 3 times … still not had any refund or replacement … AVOID I think this company is a scam

I was very skeptical at first. But the product is great. Works so well and super happy with it.

Shocking. Ordered item with express delivery and gift wrapped which I paid extra for, item took 3 weeks to arrive, gift wrapping was ripped and dented, packaging no where good enough to protect the item. Customer service are horrendous, ignored the request for delivery to be refunded by offering 10% of next purchase, HA! And have completely ignored my complaint about the damaged gift wrapping which looks like it’s been kicked down a flight of stairs, across the street, onto the boat from china and launched into the back of the van, cracking packaging. Do not by from them, I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Lily Styler.

I ordered the product and paid £4.95 for shipping. They emailed me and asked for a further £2.95 as the local carrier was charging more to deliver. I refused as that would be £8.00 for delivery which is extortionate so they sent my product back to sender and I still haven’t received my refund! Don’t buy from this company as it’s misleading saying London but obviously coming from China!

I ordered the 5 in 1 styler on 28 November with express next day delivery at £6. Still waiting for the delivery. No update nothing. Sure it's a scam

So I had to wait a while to get it due to high demand but I wasn't in a rush. I'm actually really rubbish at being a girl and doing anything with my hair, so I'm hoping that this will work miracles for me!! So far I have used the hairdryer and the straightening brush. The straightening brush is amazing, gave volume and shape to my hair when I didn't have time to wash it and it had kinks galore from being tied up, so that in itself is great. Hopefully I have the same success with the curling attachment

I was skeptical, but it dries fast and gives my hair bounce and shine. Salon-quality results without weighing it down.

This is the best air styler I’ve used. My thick, curly hair becomes smooth and voluminous in minutes. Highly recommend!

Ordered the 5in1 styler x2 in deferent colours along with curler and straighteners. However I only received one of the 5in1 items.

I have tried to inform them that there is a problem with my order and there is no facility to do this on their site whatsoever. The only way you can contact them is via an email which i am yet to receive a response. Nothing else I can do about it. I have also read through information and it states they only offer you store credit as a refund not cash refund due to being a small company. Which is pointless if they’re not sending out what you ordered in the first place.

What I did receive was cheap plastic product and wish I had read up on them first.

Don’t waste your time or money cus I’ve just lost short of £100 for a bit of plastic crap!!
