Absolutely shocking service. Ordered this in October. Tried to track it with courier and was told to contact sender. I am still, daily sending emails backwards and forwards. I have asked for a replacement to be sent, then got told I needed to pay £20! So I said no, it's not my issue please could I have refund. Still haven't had a refund. I have asked numerous times how do I complain and I never get a reply! Avoid! This was a Christmas present and I cannot afford to buy another one without the refund!

Delivery was delayed and slow but communications were good all the way. Tried only the hairdryer and round head brush seems good so far. Hairdryer is light but is a little loud. Good for the price

Paid for express delivery 5 days later it has cleared customs expected within another 7 days, advertising states UK product false advertising clearly as the product would not of needed to go through customs otherwise, reviews on there landing page are misleading.

Great bit of kit much better than a hairdryer, dries and styles so quickly. I ordered two (one for a gift) a little unhappy as the boxes arrived damaged.

The styler itself is amazing. My sister thought I'd been to a salon for my hair doing! The air wrap attachments gave Glamorous Hollywood curls! The only issue was that when the box arrived it was broken & crushed on one end. The contents was fine luckily but if I'd bought it as a gift for someone, I would have been embarrassed to give it in the state it was in.

Box was battered as not appropriately packaged. The additional item i ordered did not arrive. And they are refusing to give me a refund for it. Saying I didn't video myself opening the package. I have consumer rights which they are breaching!!!!!

Really bad company avoid at all costs they replied after 3 emails when I said I was going to my bank told them my order wasn't fulfilled and was going to my bank they said they look into it and nothing has come back so emailed them but they have clearly blocked my emails now but I'm going to my bank and to trading standards this is disgusting.

When we ordered the styler we was given the option to join the Vip club for free! We are now being charged monthly for this and am finding it hard to cancel. What a rip off, be aware! Wish I had not ordered it now!

Easy to browse and purchase. The item is easy to use no matter the length of your hair. Would recommend and why I’ve bought more to give as presents. A nice alternative to the expensive dyson

Poor quality items, both the styler and case. I know you get what you pay for but for £60 I expect better. I have since returned the items which was also difficult. Now trying to get a refund is impossible. They ignore my emails.

Bought for my partners birthday, delivery was fast and she’s very happy with it!

Took a lot longer to arrive than expected and Lilystyler London is obviously far away from London but when it did finally arrive I can’t comment on if it works well as it’s a present but paid an extra £19.99 for a case which is battered on arrival. I’ve sent 3 emails to them since the day it’s arrived and besides a we’ve got your message and aim to reply within 24-48 hours which has now well elapsed heard nothing.

A Hairdresser so use to powerful hairdryers but this is on par with them. Very happy, for the price, didn’t receive the free straighteners like it said I would tho.

Seen an ad on facebook saying it’s a uk based company with next day delivery nope shipping shows it comes from china takes weeks to come it’s just a £10temu one with a sticker slapped on it when I called them out on there comment section on Facebook they blocked me 😂😂 also all there comments leaving good reviews are all AI bot profiles avoid this company by all costs B&M sell similar ones £20 much better don’t let these rip you off

The Lily Styler is amazing. Perfectly styles in no time and a fraction of the price of a Dyson equivalent!

Bought one of these stylers in July 2025 I’ve ended up purchasing another two for Xmas gifts. They are brilliant and do the job. They are affordable good quality quick shipping and value for money. I have seen these items elsewhere much more expensive. I also received a free set of hair straighteners with my last order. I’ve not got them yet but I am looking forward to receiving them and using them

Great value for money on Black Friday. As someone with hand arthritis, this is easier for me to use than straighteners and curling tongs.

This product is an absolute waste of money.I should have read the reviews first.They are not an English company.It is shipped from china and it weeks longer than they said it would (claimed to have next day delivery). It doesn't even dry my hair and the curls look so bad.It literally does not curl and destroys your hair, flimsy build
