Good but could be better
An object that is no longer correctly recognized by its application one year after purchase, it is never pleasant.
Fortunately, I realized it by knowing where he was and by conducting a test.
A contact with support was followed by several somewhat useless emails.
In the last one, several solutions are proposed; it is the last one that works.
Detach the object from the application, reset it (4 quick presses on the button located on the card and at the 5th press stay until you hear a beep.
We can then restart the association of the card and the device.
It’s a shame that there is an outage and that so many exchanges are needed to obtain the solutions.

The Smart Card Saved My Teen Driver
My teen daughter recently got her driver’s license, so I bought her a tracking card from this brand—and I’m glad I did. She lost her purse a few weeks ago, and I was able to track the card to Target and recover the wallet and purse. 10/5 stars!

We had some trouble with the choosen parcel service (they lost track and finally send back to sender). But the support offered by the service agent was excellent. He was very patient and prepared a new delivery for me while waiting to get the first package 📦 back. Best customer care I experienced for a long time.

They don't have product they advertise
Waiting on order for over three months, they have shipped 3 accessories that fit into the keysmart but not the keysmart itself or the wallet that was bundled with it. When they finally responded to an email it would not let me reply and had to post original email and reply back into their complaints, been waiting a week and have not heard back, again. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Avoid at all cost! Terrible.
Avoid at all cost! Ordered and it never arrived. Reached out via email and never got a response regarding my concern. Thankfully I managed to get a refund through my bank.
Keysmart had the AUDACITY to dispute my claim. I have proof that it never got shipped.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
