do not waste your money not worth it, all the 5 star reviews are fake, this is a scam website, not a real company, do not trust it

I had a terrible experience with this company. They took £160 from my account for a subscription I never signed up for. I emailed them multiple times asking to be removed from their system and to stop charging me, but the charges continued.

In my experience, this felt completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I work hard for my money, and dealing with this situation has been nothing but stressful.

Based on what I went through, I strongly believe this website should not be operating the way it does. I want others to be aware and cautious before dealing with this company.

Scammers! You order clothes and end up paying €30 every two weeks for a VIP membership. Shame on you, you criminals!

Lavishly Ivy is a scam, bought a dress for my friend’s graduation last month and never arrived, they tried charged me with 29.00 dollars subscription that I never requested, which my bank denied and canceled my card, not I have to get a new one and go trough all that problem because of these scammers mf.

An update on my experience. I ordered a dress in June, they falsely signed me up to a subscription and kept stealing money from my account. No dress ever arrived and they stole money from me every month.

Customer service told me they deleted my card details and processed a refund - it is nearly December and I am yet to have either my money returned, any dress or my card details deleted (which is illegal under GDPR law when I have asked them to remove it from their system). I never gave them permission in the first place.

Customer service repeatedly tell me to await a ‘sufficient time’ for my refund to be processed. What this actually means, is they will never process the refund. These people are evil.

This is illegal. This is a scam. Any positive review are paid and the police need to be involved.

Scam!!!! Ordered in Feb 2025 and still nothing. I am glad I used a Prezzy card from the sounds of other reviews they steal using a 'subscription' . Frankly the positive reviews seem fake, they all mention the free shipping /time to ship and seem very similiar? The site is well done to appear very real so I didnt even think to look up reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would! They STOLE $150 from my neice who ordered her bday dress Dec 2024 no dress and multiple unauthorized transactions from Dec 2024 til just recently Oct 2025! They are lowlife scammers and should be charged with THEFT! currently she is disputing the charges with her bank, hoping it will all be resolved soon! stay away from these criminals!

De plus quand vous leur demandez d’arrêter les abonnements, ils vous confirment qui le feront mais reprennent quelques mois plus tard, avec plusieurs prélèvements par jours et avec différents comptes.
Je viens donc de demander un remboursement et je porterais plainte si cela n’est pas fait.

Ordered a dress in September, it’s now November and they still don’t have a tracking number for me. Complete scam, they don’t even have product to send they just collect your money and hope you forget about it. They’ve led me on for 2 months waiting for a tracking number for something that will never get sent. I’ve started a dispute with my bank. With the overwhelming proof online of their blatantly obvious fraudulent activity, I wouldn’t be shocked if someone pressed legal charges against them soon

If I would give this place a negative review, I would. I have been calling since APRIL 2025 to get this company to stop charging me. I have spoken to people on the phone and been assured the issue was taken care of only to have them charge me the membership fee again. I have received emails from support stating the issue was taken care of and here we are again in NOVEMBER and I am being charged AGAIN with the monthly fee. This company needs to be investigated and charged criminally. It is a SCAM.

Absolutely disgusting company. i was lucky enough to receive refunds all the time i requested. but i cancelled my subscription a long time ago and still get charged after repeatedly asking to remove my card from their records. after receiving my refund i will make sure to block any transactions made from their company.

Ordered 19th July - still disputing a 'cancelled' order and refund.
The week following my order another charge was made on the card so clearly hacked card details too.
100% a scam website - should have known given how cheap everything is!!

Watch out!! I made a purchase in October 2024, item was ok but just now I’ve realised that 3 fraudulent transactions of £22 have been made on my credit card in the past three months.
