Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Unreliable
We booked a taxi to London Heathrow and specifically paid extra for a car seat for our two-year-old. The driver arrived with no car seat, then casually offered an alternative vehicle in 1.5 hours—which would have caused us to miss our flight. We were left scrambling to take a train instead, nearly missing our flight and enduring a very stressful journey.
The driver showed no concern and drove off. When we contacted customer service, we were told the original driver had a flat tyre and were offered a mere £10 refund for the missing car seat—nothing for the failed service itself.
This company left us stranded, failed to provide what we paid for, and endangered our child’s safety. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you need reliable or safe transport—especially with children.

I modified a booking 2 days in advance from 8 pax to 11. I paid the difference and got confirmation that they changed to a bigger vehichle. An 8-seater picked up part of the group and 3 were left without explanation. I called the emergency number and they told me the passengers must find alternative transfer on a Sunday night in a village?!

Don’t go near this company
Don’t go near this company, I paid £78 for a short transfer from Rhodes airport, our flight had to be diverted so we were later than expected, the company had all my flight details so could track when my flight was coming in but the taxi never showed up! When I got in touch I was shouted at from a very rude man! Absolute waste of money! If your flight is delayed in any way they just don’t turn up but refuse a refund!

Lousy service, arrogance beyond comprehension
I had booked Airport Taxi Transfer to take me and my family from DEN to Longmont. I had specifically asked for 2 child seats. We were promised the driver would stand in the arrival hall holding a sign with my name. No driver, no sign. A costly call to the office - twice - before the driver called back. He was in his car, in the wrong place. A hour late already we discover the child seats are missing. The driver was not told. On the way to Longmont he calls the office. I could only hear his replies. No change. We asked him to make one stop ON THE WAY, but he refused. After returning from our month long road trip, I reply to the customer survey with a complaint. It was returned with " you are too late according to our terms and conditions". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I know I never will again !

No taxi or answering calls
Arrived at Antalya airport and went to desk 50 as per the email confirmation, nobody there. Looked at all the names on all the taxi providers, not on any. Called the 2 turkish contacts on our booking confirmation, no answer, messaged on WhatsApp, no reply (not even read). Called the company UK emergency number for help (which cost another £7) to be told by an answerphone that its closed. We had to beg the TUI rep to let us get on a coach to our hotel as we had cancelled the transfer with them as we had booked a taxi with this lot, thankfully they let us on as they could see my Mrs was in a state of panic. My main worry now is that I doubt we will be collected for our return flight and we have paid for the airport lounge at antalya on the basis we would be getting this transfer. Sent in a complaint for a refund, very unhappy and angry!!!

Bunch of crooks
Bunch of crooks. Can I give it no stars? Booked a car to pick me up at 5.15am in the morning. The driver didn't show up despite chasing the controller who kept telling me not to worry and that the car was on the way. Luckily a black cab went past at 5.45am and I flagged it down. I would have missed my flight otherwise. I was promised a refund and now over a month later and numerous Whatsapp's promising to refund me immediately, I still have not received my money.

SCAM! DON'T BOOK! The "Desk 50" in Antalya where they sent me was a cellphone company! The "emergency numbers" provided were all turned off. WhatsApp also didn't work. I ended up paying another transfer unfortunately. Never again!!!

I booked 2 trips with this company. The first leg I was going to Gatwick airport. The driver was 45 min late and had no idea where he wA going. Thank goodness I had a buffer planned but still very very stressful. The last leg I arrived in Luton airport at 23:30pm and the driver had no place to pick up and asked me to walk 10min in the dark to a hotel next door. Not happening becuase 1) single girl in an unknown city and 2) I had luggage etc. I do have to say the second driver was good, he managed to come into the airport and walk me back to his car. He knew where he was going and was apologetic. The company itself was good at communicating via what’s app/texting. So you have to be tech savvy. Just waiting on reply from the company itself to see how they will deal with this complaint. Would not recommend this company. Pay a little extra and/or uber instead.

Brutal and uncompromising
We made a typo in the booking, marking arrival time two hours late. We then proceeded to correct it - 5 hrs prior to pickup. But they could not adjust the pickup. Traveling with kids we could not wait until 2300 pm in the airport and had to leave by train.
There was no real attempt to find solutions. No refund, even partially, nor a voucher or any other attempt to acknowledge that a typo should be fixable in their end.

When we arrived the driver was a half hour late and we had to call the emergency number. On the return the driver never turned up in our return journey. I booked online and made sure the right dates and times were in. Sent a text to the company 1 hour before pick up and they said it was all in hand. When the driver never turned up we called and they said the driver would be an hour, we would have missed our flight. We then Booked a taxi quickly for €80 and sent a complaint in when I got home. They said I booked the return transfer for the same day I arrived. Go figure. Do not use this company.
