Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Booked return transport for 3 people and 3x 23kg suitcases from Heathrow to central London return. From Heathrow to our hotel the car we had had an awful smell of 💩 a very uncomfortable journey. The way back was a million times worse, the car they sent was not big enough to fit our 3 suitcases and the driver left us standing on the side of the street in central London with our luggage and a flight to catch!! I called onward travel and got a very patronising lady telling me my 3 hard case suitcases (not hard shell, they are all soft I have photos/videos of the car and cases) absolutely horrendous been told my suitcases are too big and I won’t be refunded even though when u book, u book by suitcase weight not size!! Do not touch this company

We booked a number of rides for airport and train connections and these guys just kept on delivering.
We booked a ride from our hotel to Gatwick Airport and not having used this type of taxi ride we were a bit nervous of, would they be on time and would it be a comfortable ride to the airport. Well these guys delivered on both fronts and not only that they kept us well informed of the drivers approach to our hotel so no hanging around the foyer.
We used OTS four times on our UK holiday and I can genuinely recommend this company to any traveller. They were great to deal with if you had a time change and needed assistance they were there to help and no hidden costs. A great company to deal with

No problems going out, all went fine Coming home I was put on a later flight as the first flight was delayed. OTS didn't bother checking for missed connections, just checked that the original flight was ontime With multiple flights there are bound to be missed connections but they don't bother to check They put the onus on the customer to get in touch which is impossible if you're en route, on a foreign sim ir can't get connection.
This wasn't the main problem. When I phoned them when the taxi wasn't there, I got an obnoxious man who said it was all my fault and I'd have to pay again. Then he cut me off when I was clearly upset. I'm 65 and disabled but had to get the train as I wasn't giving them any more money . My advice is to avoid the hassle and worry, avoid OTS and use Uber. At least you won't get blamed and spoken down to.

Journey from the airport: We paid an extra £5 for meet and greet but this was a waste of money as I had to call the driver when we came out of the terminal. Otherwise a pleasant and polite driver and a good experience. Apparently the driver gets paid no more for meet and greet, it's pure profit for the booking agency.

Five star driver!
What a fantastic start to our holiday in Skiathos! Our driver (Rav) arrived at least 10 minutes early to collect us at 3.30 am from Malvern in Worcestershire having driven from his home town of Walsall in the West Midlands! He was charming, polite and cheerful.
Car was spotless and in pristine condition. He ensured the temperature was comfortable for us and kept up amusing banter with us on current events all the way to the airport. Weather was unpleasant - raining - and he drove very safely at less than the maximum motorway speed to ensure we arrived at the required time to check in for our flight.
All in all a great journey - thoroughly recommend this guy!

No show at Meet and Greet
I had booked a 'meet and greet' option from Bristol airport to home on 4th Oct 13.30 On arrival no one to greet us. Went to the drop off point still no one. Waied outside for 20 minutes (in case a traffic problem) rang company and told it was for next week on check by me and the company it was confirmed that 4th Oct. was correct. They then sent a UBER to collect us 20 minutes later it arrived. This was all during the storm Amy I am in my 80s and it was freezing. £50 waas credited to my account - the amount I had paid extra for M>he point of using this kind of Meet and Greet is precisely to avoid this kind of issue. I contacted the company to complain and to ask for somer compensation. I then received an apolgy but 'amy compensation' got me a flat NO.

Driver was not at the meet & greet, he failed to answer his phone and arrived 30 mins after I eventually spoke with him. On arrival at our destination he just sat in his seat without saying a word and didn’t even open the car boot never mind help with any luggage. He also struggled with his satnav and didn’t know the area. He said we’d have to use junction 9 of the M6, which is in the Midlands despite us travelling from Manchester Airport to Liverpool! Not what we wanted at 4am after a long journey.

If your looking for a reliable car service don’t go anywhere near these clowns
Arrived from Australia after 24 hours first flight into Heathrow straight through customs and passport control flight on time baggage waiting on carousel and yep no driver called girl in the office ( she was pleasant not her fault)she tried no contact with driver called her again 15 mins later still no driver airport was empty at this time.
After 40 mins they offered me to book an uber on there account!
I ordered an E class Mercedes for 3 people with 3 cases that means I would have lost half my money.
Driver calls 50 mins later as we are waiting to get our own Uber saying he arriving shortly in his Polestar!…………which would not fit our luggage anyway.
I got a confirmation of my Mercedes before I left Australia
These guys to not deserve one star don’t waste your time or money

I have used the company in the past and I would say it's 5 star than, but now I would say 2 star, reason for this in the past they would get in contact with you two or one day before collection no text, I had to ring them, also they arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested which is OK but a little pain, second issue was when coming back to the UK a couple of hours before pick up which is a meet and greet had to text them to remind them to pickup. When landing and going to get picked up they was not there had to phone and wait, note this was after midnight and there was no traffic was not happy with the experience so i give it 2 star 👎.

Do not use this company. Husband was due to be picked up 3am for a flight, the driver didn’t even turn up. Called the driver, finally answered and sounded as if they had just woken up. Was told they would try get another driver out. That wasn’t an option as the flight would have been missed, he was already running late due to drivers incompetence. Husband had to drive himself to airport and got charged £360 parking fee. Company refused to offer any compensation for this as he “cancelled the booking”… he literally didn’t have a choice!? Company only gave a refund for the service they didn’t fulfil. Do not book this company if you’re looking for someone reliable.

I needed to cancel a booking for…
I needed to cancel a booking for airport transport in Feb 2026. Their cancellation policy is not clear at booking.
Although I cancelled within 24hrs I have been charged 10% of the total booking as a cancellation fee.
Avoid this company. It is simply a broker for many taxi firms. I have since read many reviews from dissatisfied customers.
