Brilliant until they sneaked in the charges
Equals transformed the management of our charity's limited volunteer expenses for the good. But now they have "sneaked" in a £25 per month charge, I'm looking elsewhere. Our total Equals transactions for 2025 won't exceed £4,000. The new charges equate to a 7.5% transaction charge. Thieves spring to mind. Such a shame as otherwise this was a great platform for Charities.
Imbalances caused through missed data feed through.
The issue I was experiencing wasn't able to be resolved immediately, however, the individual with whom I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Between the two of us we were able to identify what the issue was even if it couldn't be addressed immediately but the necessary steps to escalate to relevant departments were taken.

Adam from this company just called, I listened to his sales pitch and informed him politely that we unfortunately have no requirement for Equals Group's services and thanked him for his call and said goodbye. Rather than saying goodbye back Adam said "understood" sarcastically and hung up. Rejection handling is part of the job, Adam. Horrible telephone manner.

Same as card one money. They held my application in a pending state for 8 years but yet they claim to look after people’s data. I wasn’t even a customer and they did this to me. Who knows what they have done with my information all this time. Not a single phone call email or letter to discuss this pending application. If they have done it to me then they may have done it to you so check your details with this company. 8 years!!!!!!! Is ridiculous absolutely disgusting
