we are really sorry that you haven't received your order.
According to Mondial Relay the order is still in a pick up point - we will gladly investigate and refund the money, but need your help. We send you a document in a separate E-Mail, please send this back to our customer service, so that we can arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Dear Sally,

Thanks for your Feedback.

We are sorry that the Point Relais is so far from your home. According to Mondial Relay, you have 8 days to collect your parcel. If it is not collected before 13/12/2024, your order will automatically be returned to the depot. Once the return has been registered, you will be automatically refunded using the payment method you indicated.

Sadly we can't redirect the parcel at this point to another Point Relais and really apologize for this. We will internally investigate this issue directly with Mondial Relay to avoid such a situation in the future.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

At the moment, our online store delivers to Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and France.
