Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered Avon Skin so Soft and I received some defective product that smelled like rubbing alcohol. I wrote to complain, they told me it's real, but it's not. Furthermore, I have been using this product since the 80s and this product I received was a joke. A waste of 11 euros which by the time I send back and pay for shipping, it's not worth the hassle. I won't order from them ever again.
Shitty service
Shitty service. The orders are sent with delays, poorly packaged, so damaged upon arrival. Return process is a total fraud. It is not existing. It is done in a manner not to return you anything. Support not helpful
Too customer-hostile to keep my trust
Large selection of products at good prices, but they lost my trust due to customer-hostile practices and dark patterns:
- When checking out, they add 2€ of upsells that you have to manually remove (with a "helpful" note that they won't issue refunds if you forget to untick them before buying)
- Every time you check out, you have to manually opt-out of marketing emails, which is not RGPD-compliant (with a "helpful" note that they have the right to do so, which is a lie)
- Even with all the marketing opt-outs enabled, you'll still receive several emails per week if you have a non-empty cart, or favorited items that are in stock
Fake product !!

I had a very disappointing experience with Notino. My order arrived incomplete—only one out of four items was in the box, even though the package was sealed and undamaged. Despite providing all required documents and photos, customer service offered no real solution. I felt ignored and let down. I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I will no longer shop with Notino and cannot recommend them.

I ordered cream eyeshadows, but they arrived completely dried out. I can’t work with them — they’re hard as a rock and won’t even pick up on a brush. I kindly ask for a refund or an exchange for ones that are fresh and creamy.

What you order versus what you get
I've always had a great experience shopping with Notino. They always pack their goods protectively. Whatever you see and order, that’s exactly what you get. This isn’t my first, second or third time ordering from Notino. Hope they don’t change. Although some products easily gets out of stock and it takes time before they are restocked. Other than that, it’s a great store.

2nd order and still no samples
Received the fragrances buts it's my 2nd order and I didn't receive a single sample yet ..
I ordered 3 mens fragrances and 0 samples.
Good company but the lack of samples makes me reluctant buying again when there's so many other websites that offer the same price and samples included
Notino Charged Me Twice & Refused to Help
I had a very disappointing experience with Notino’s customer service. This was my first time purchasing from them, and when I entered my credit card details, the payment initially didn’t go through. I tried again, and it was successful. However, I later received two boxes, meaning my card was charged twice due to what was clearly a system error on their end.
When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, even though the mistake was not mine. So not only was I charged twice but I also need to pay for the return and pay for shipping two times. I find this unacceptable and will not be shopping with them again.
Package never delivered to pickup point
I have been a customer of Notino since 2022, and I have never had a problem until now. I scheduled my order for delivery at the pickup point. I never received a message or an email with the code for the locker. I didn’t know that the package had arrived until I went searching for the original email containing the tracking number. The package was there for 3 days. When I went to pick up the package it was not there and they had no information about the package, because it was never delivered. When I called Notino’s customer service, I was told that this happens often and that they would investigate.
Now I am in a dispute with the post office and Notino to find out where my package is. I opened a claim with the post office. But didn’t hear anything back from the post office or Notino.
Today I contacted Notino for a second time, and they have not done anything, except ask me to wait patiently. This is unacceptable.
This is the last time I will order from them.

I live in France, I ordered from Notino and the order arrived in 16 days, the order was placed on 6th November and I collected it on 21 Nov, the delay was from the shipping company but Notino has an excellent customer service and they even suggested me solutions and ensured that the order will be delivered. They are legit.
Charges 4,99€ delivery but never arrives
Charges 4,99€ for home delivery but uses Colis Privé so the order never arrived. I was expecting a home delivery since Nov 13, then it was moved to Nov 15 then they put it on Relay point scheduled for 19 Nov. Its end of the dat today and still no order arrived at the relay point. BIG JOKE!

Got several emails from them saying that the parcel with the item I had ordered was delayed. After several weeks of that I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Since then they've been playing dead. 5 emails in but still neither a response or a refund. AVOID. Total waste of time and money.
