Good furniture terrible service
They have nice furniture and a good quality for the price, but the delivery process is terrible it is always delayed, the tracking link is not sent and since the customer service ia through a chatbot takes forever to solve any issue. For instance I'm again waiting for a chair to arrive...

Long wait for delivery
I’m a solo designer, was choosing some small furniture pieces and chairs for a client. Failed twice for delivery and still in contacting with customer service to get them. Over a months now and still waiting.

Ordered a TV furniture from Kave Home and only one of the two boxes arrived. The missing box took over a month to replace.(20/7-16/9) Communication was slow and the delay was very frustrating. Make sure to double-check shipping if you order from them.

I have had the KAVE HOME Mailen DINING table (big, 220 cm-105) for only a few weeks, and I treat it with great care, never placing anything hot or wet on the surface. Despite this, the finish has (ASH wood furnir) already started peeling or turning whitish (the original color is ash). The table is indeed very beautiful and sturdy, but unfortunately the surface quality has proven to be extremely poor quality – which is unacceptable, totally disappointing. They got back to me and I hope I will resolve a refund and send it back.

Awful service and terrible customer support. I ordered a sofa on July 18th, choosing only from the available options because we couldn't wait and needed the delivery within a specific timeframe. The person at the shop suggested placing the order by phone a week later to ensure that the delivery would meet our needs (during the second week of August).They informed that once the sofa would leave the warehouse we would need an extra week for the delivery, and that we ould be contacted when leaving the warehouse
On August 5th, after checking myself due to not having any news, I was informed about a delay, postponing the delivery to August 18th. On August 11th, as I hadn't heard anything from them, I checked again and was told there was no available stock, and a new delivery date was expected on September 9th. Today, they announced another delay; the sofa is now expected to leave the warehouse on September 15th (an additional week delay). I received all these updates only because I chased them; they didn't even provide a justification.
Disappointing, still waiting on my order
So disappointed with Kave. I love their products, but their delivery process is shockingly bad.
I ordered mid-August with delivery promised within 5 days. Instead, the order sat as “processing.” After chasing customer service, I received a patronising email saying my order was delayed but “not to worry.”
A few days later, they admitted to “warehouse issues” and promised delivery between 4–8 September. That date passed, the order was still pending, and only after further complaints did they promise partial delivery (8 out of 10 items) between 8–10 September.
It’s now 9 September, and I’ve received just 1 item. Courier tracking shows 2 parcels, yet only 1 has arrived. Their website now claims the rest will arrive between 15–17 September.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Kave has great products but their online ordering and delivery system is chaotic, unreliable, and in urgent need of fixing.

So disappointing. Ordered a table, it arrived damaged (probably due to courier). We requested an exchange and having seen the product in our home to swap to a different colour (same model price etc). We were told we would need to return and place a new order. We were refunded only partial delivery costs of the initial table and spent ages trying to get a discount code to match the first time shopper offer from customer service, as this repurchase was classed as our second order. New table has just arrived. Was left outside in pouring rain all day by delivery driver, and again has defects. Incredibly disappointing as aesthetically love the look of a lot of there products but will not be ordering from them again and expect to be reimbursed for the trouble.
Return has not been credited - still waiting weeks later
I ordered a table and the process was fine. However, it was not suitable and the return has been so far a horrendous experience. I planned to return the table and repurchase something similar but I won't now. I had to contact the company several times to arrange a return and now it has been picked up - nearly 3 weeks ago - and I have not received a refund which is very worrying. I have emailed Kave 3 times and no response. I will have no alternative other than to reverse the charges on the credit card or sue them
Furniture arrived broken
Furniture arrived broken. Sent photos of the damaged part. Kave will not respond. They are simply expecting me to walk away. I won't be doing that.
If buying from Kave home pray it arrives in good condition because they don't reply when there is a problem.
It will now be a legal route for me.

Poor delivery
I made an order of several items in 29 July, on the items description, it was saying that I will receive them in 1 week.
In the email it says:
Delivery expected approximately between 08/08 and 20/08.
Now it is 25 August and I still didn't received anything.
I complained to them and received an automatic reply.
The shipping comapany said:
"Good morning, your order is the final platform, which is near your addresse. We are going to contact you to manage the delivery date. But we cannot tell you the concrete date to call you. Thanks for your patience."
Still have no idea on when I will receive anything.

I ordered a bed with an estimated delivery of 15 days. As the date got closer, I checked online only to see the delivery had been pushed back by more than a month. I cancelled because it made no sense and bought another solution instead.
No one from the company ever contacted me to let me know about the delay. When I asked for a refund, they told me it was processed and would take 10 days. Nothing happened. I followed up — they apologized, sent me a document that looked like it was made in Paint, and promised another 10 days. Still nothing.
I asked again. This time they said “five days.” Guess what? Still no refund.
Terrible service. They don’t solve the problem, they don’t explain anything, and they keep making empty promises.
GREAT SERVICE
GREAT SERVICE. Bought a sofa but it did not work out. I returned the item and found the entire experience very professional. They organised a delivery driver to come and pick it up and I got to pick the date etc. I have to say I am so impressed by their customer service and prompt refund. I will be buying from this company again.
Very disappointed with the quality
My coffee table was delivered in a cardboard box that smelled absolutely awful — it filled the whole apartment with a terrible odor. The table itself was poorly made: the metal legs had visible rust, and the overall finish looked cheap and careless, as if it hadn’t passed any quality control.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend furniture from Kave Home. Even IKEA products feel much better made in comparison.

My table never arrived! My refund hasn’t arrived! It’s been many many weeks and still nothing. Every two weeks I get an AI generated customer service response, but nothing happens.
