My table never arrived! My refund hasn’t arrived! It’s been many many weeks and still nothing. Every two weeks I get an AI generated customer service response, but nothing happens.

I ordered a sofa from Kave for our new home. The quality of the sofa is very good, good value for the product.
The delivery and customer service was an absolute nightmare. They left the sofa on our doorstep with no pre warning, no attempt to contact us. Kave and FedEx were so unhelpful and really hard to deal with. I would never buy from them again.
They do not give any indication of delivery date or time. Impossible for anyone who works.
Customer service can be improved
I ordered a sofa from Kave Home, quality is great - look is great. Delivery was delayed, and customer service has been honestly helpless. The sofas are modular, and you need to assemble it, so as I am moving to a bigger space - I ask to buy just one module to make it bigger, to which they said « due to restrictions, we cannot provide that to the UK ». No clarify, again helpless customer service. This is probably just due to costs, but again - big lack of clarity!
No item, no communication! Avoid!
I’m a client based in Portugal. I placed an order with a one-month delivery estimate and waited. When the timeframe passed, I contacted customer support via chat to ask about the delivery, since I had paid for delivery and assembly and needed to be home. They told me to wait, as it was still within the timeframe. I waited and asked them to raise a support ticket. No reply. No delivery.
I tried calling several times but never got an answer. Eventually, I was told, “We don’t have a delivery date yet.”
Very disappointing. The items looked great, and I was planning to order more for my living room and bedroom, but I’ve changed my mind. The service is unreliable, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I’ll be sharing this experience.
Great products, smooth service
Since we had just moved into a new home, I placed several orders from Kave Home. Everything arrived on time, but because there were so many boxes, I didn’t initially notice that two small items were missing.
I contacted customer service, and they quickly opened a support ticket and said they would follow up with the delivery company. The next morning, the courier returned and explained that the missing items had been left in the vehicle by mistake. Problem solved!
All the products – including a balcony table, 2 outdoor chairs, 2 side tables, a serving board, and a cheese tray set – are of great quality and feel very well-made.
One small downside: the delivery was only to the building entrance. I assume there's an extra charge for doorstep delivery. Still, overall experience was excellent and definitely worthy of five stars.
Very poor after sales communication and service
Table top arrived damaged and missing legs. We were advised by TNT to refuse delivery. TNT note the damage in transit on their tracking. Filed a claim with KAVE. They wrote to say they were “disappointed” I was “returning” the goods. And I would get a refund when the goods are back with them. No acknowledgement that they were damaged by their courier. No acknowledgment that none of this has anything to do with us. No acknowledgment of my “disappointment” at waiting two weeks for half a badly packed and badly damaged table. No communication since. And obviously no refund!
Worst experience ever... so much time wasted...
I ordered a bed.
3 parts arrived damaged. I requested the replacement of one part which actually matters. I explained the person that I need just one part, gave a number and a picture.
One month ago I received... a wrong part! Can you imagine that?
Now I have 1 part damaged, and 1 part wrong at home. And to make it even better: they do not pick up items back, because... (guess) they are SUSTAINABLE. Well, I need now to arrange waste removal and pay my own money for their incompetence! I
I've never imagined the bed buying experience can be so terrible. I wish I chose another company, this one has a fancy website and bad quality underneath.
Excessively long delivery time + edit
We ordered the Abilen TV stand, Arlem toothbrush holder and soap dispenser on 1 June 2025. The expected delivery date was between 13 and 20 June 2025, yet to this day we still have not received a single item from our order. At one point the order was on its way but was sent back to the originating warehouse without explanation. Currently the items are “being prepared for shipping”. We were hoping that for the price of the items and the shipping costs that our order would be processed professionally, alas we were mistaken.
Edit: The products have arrived and they weren’t damaged which was at least good news. The build quality is adequate but for that price we were hoping for more. I have revised the rating to more accurately represent the experience.
The furniture is lovely but think before you make a large order
The furniture is lovely and what arrived is exactly as I expected.
However, some of the furniture was damaged and I am still waiting for replacement to arrive about six weeks after the initial partial delivery.
The biggest problem is one part of the order has been repeatedly delayed. After 10 weeks waiting I just received an email today telling me that the delayed part of the order will now not arrive for another 7-8 weeks even though the website states the chairs in question are currently in stock! This is a real nuisance for me as the chairs which have not arrived were selected to match the dining table which has arrived. Without wishing to sound too negative it is important to be mindful that it can be several months before all the items you order will finally reach you. I am still hopeful of a good outcome eventually despite the frustration
Poor build quality Thianna extendable table
Ordered a Thianna extendable outdoor table. Ordering and delivery all went well but when I received the table the extension section would not connect to the main part of the table - poorly built and misalignment. In general the build quality was poor. Arranged a replacement (it's a big faff to send back a large table), the returns process was OK. Second table arrived, exactly the same problem - misalignment and very poor build quality (built in Vietnam). Returned the table and then got a refund OK. So in summary the company/internet/order/returns etc is good, but the build quality is very poor. I will not be buying anything there again.
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
I was told the product would be resent after it was forgotten during shipping, but after a month of silence and four ignored emails, they suddenly claimed it was out of stock. No communication, no apology, no compensation.
They sold the item I was promised and left me with nothing.This is not how you treat customers.

A horrible shopping experience and…
A horrible shopping experience and absolutely chaotic delivery times for my bed. Instead of a single delivery, as is the case with other companies, Kave Home delayed deliveries several times over the agreed-upon dates and spaced them out several weeks apart. I assembled the bed myself, and there were discrepancies between the screws and the screw holes of up to 5 mm. They should learn from IKEA when it comes to their assembly manual, because theirs has multiple errors.
We placed the order on May 13th, and it's July 15th, and we're still waiting for parts. The quality of the product is good, but overall, I can't recommend Kave Home and unfortunately I won't buy from them again.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!
No refund
I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund on an item I returned last may. It’s been a very frustrating process and still no refund. I don’t trust and can’t recommend this company.
They just want your money and dont honor warranty
Avoid! My husband ordered 2 chairs from Kave. Within a few months one of the legs started wiggling and then soon was broken at the attachment point. Within the next few months - year this happened to 5 of the legs. We dont weigh a lot (be both only wear a size small shirt!) So weight isnt an issue, the faulty product is the problem. My husband followed the instructions on the website to submit the issue, as they chairs are still under warranty. A month later and they had not responded. We both sent them emails and they still have not responded after another month. So they basically have no customer service and sell faulty useless products.

Wish I'd read reviews here before ordering from this company. Lesson: don't order furniture from Europe?! I imagine post-Brexit issues but maybe they shouldn't sell to the UK market. I paid nearly £200 for an outdoor table with delivery and customs charges. Table not received. The tracking links I was sent never worked. TNT/FedEx have closed my case because they say it is being held in customs in Spain and told me to follow it up with the company. Kave say they "don't have any visibility of it" which seems bizarre. Hopefully they will process my refund. Shame as table looked nice online but based on the other reviews on here and experience so far, does not seem worth pursuing trying to get it reshipped
