I wanted to cancel my order the next day of purchase after reading all these awful reviews and it wasn’t possible through the website. The order is not sent yet. I have tried every other way to contact Sklum but it’s impossible to do. They have only bot and they never reply to your emails. I already sent them so many of them, and they just keep ignoring. On Trustpilot though they reply that they will contact me (they promised three times to do that) and a week later they still have not contacted me. This company is scammers!!! They won’t return your money, they won’t respond to you. They should be reported!!!

Basically, I gave them money, and got nothing in return. Pure scam !

We ordered a table from Sklum paying EXTRA for delivery into our apartment. What we got was an absolute farce.
The “delivery team” arrived with no equipment and clearly no plan. They couldn’t even bring the tabletop upstairs. Their solution? Dump it on the street, have us carry 173kg ourselves, and sign a waiver saying they’re not liable if it breaks. That’s what Sklum calls “special delivery.”
Our apartment is on the first floor, with wide hallways and more than enough clearance. There were NO obstacles. The only obstacle was their complete lack of professionalism.
Since Saturday, we’ve had silence. When my husband finally reached someone, he was told they could redeliver — but only with two people. If we want enough staff to actually perform the service we already PAID for, we’d have to pay even more. This condition appears NOWHERE in their terms and conditions. It’s pure nonsense.
We’ve spent several thousand euros with this company and still have pending orders, but this experience makes us regret every cent. Right now we have no table, no refund, no communication, and no confidence in their service.
Sklum sells promises it cannot deliver. Literally.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay away!!!
Update (4 weeks later FOUR WEEKS)
We cancelled the table order after two failed attempts. Now it’s a struggle to get our money back or have them process the cancellation. This company needs to be reported because this is not how you conduct a business. It’s ridiculous. If you read this order at your own risk because 1.4 star ratings with over 1000 negative reviews should be enough. I will never order from them again
No communication channel at all
The marble table came broken and with huge coffee marks on it, 50 days after paying. We started the return process and there is no update. There is no way to communicate and get a response. They even turned off comments on their Instagram account knowing people will go crazy on the comments. They are stating they do not have a telephone number on their website shamelessly. I will wait for couple more days and will go to consumer help for an official complaint.
Waiting for 7 weeks now!!
I ordered sunbeds the 2nd of August. My package got lost 12th of August. When I follow my package, Seur says they returned it 8th of September. Now, the 24th of September Sklum still don't want to send me a new package, because they are still waiting for arrival. Go fix this with Sklum and send me what I've paid for!!!! It has been over 7 weeks!!!!

The nightmare continues. Another episode in the saga...
Today was finally supposed to be the day my table was delivered — after months of waiting.
It turns out the delivery company showed up at the entrance of my building saying they had a delivery for me but that I had to come down to pick it up because they couldn’t bring the table up to my floor. For context, the building has an elevator.
We’re talking about a table that weighs 160 kg… How do they expect me to carry it up to my apartment? I honestly feel like this must be a joke and I just haven’t realised it yet.
Refund me asap or I will contact SKLUM people through LinkedIn
UPDATE: Called the Spanish customs service and they say I need to contact the Dutch custom service that DOESN'T respond! Thy hang up on me?! Are you kidding me?
Another thing, at a former review yo said "you will refund it as soon as possible" - email me to day you will refund it and do so. Just organise it...

I placed this order in good faith, paid via iDEAL, and have been trying relentlessly to contact you ever since:
_ Called both your Dutch and Spanish phone numbers
_ Carla hang up on me and said I need to contact the Dutch customer service that doesn't reply (nor on email, form, calling)
- Sent multiple WhatsApp messages but can't speak to anyone.
- Emailed you several times
- Filled out your online contact form
Not a single reply, only here a standard message. You say you will respond, but you have completely ignored all attempts to reach you.
My bank has already confirmed that this looks like fraud and advised me to file an official police report. If I do not receive a response and full refund within 24 hours, I will:
- File a fraud complaint with the police
- Submit all evidence to my bank’s fraud investigation team
- Publish this experience on all major review platforms and consumer protection sites
- plus contact all people that work at Sklum through LinkedIn( yes I have the names)
I am giving you one final chance to handle this matter professionally. Please prove you are a trustworthy business by cancelling my order and refunding my payment immediately.

I placed my order in May and only received it in September, despite the items being listed as in stock. During this long delay, customer service was non-existent: no updates, no clear answers, and no support whatsoever.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.
Been 2 months but return still not picked up
This is the second time I'm leaving a negative review, for a completely different reason.
First it took 2 months to deliver my goods. Now it's also taking 2 months for them to arrange return.
I requested for return on Jul 2, they accepted it on Jul 15 and said the delivery company will contact me within 5 days to arrange for pick up. I have followed up 5 times already and now it's almost Sept yet I still have not received anything.
On WhatsApp I could contact the person but the response is always not helpful. No details provided so now the boxes are just sitting in my home occupying space. Ridiculous timeline.
And reading the comments im nervous even if they come pick up the return, it might take forever to get my actual refund.

Order not delivered – need urgent update (MAFWBXQUE)
My order (reference MAFWBXQUE) was shipped on August 14, 2025 via AGEDISS to De Goorn, 1648JS, Netherlands.
However, AGEDISS has no record of this shipment for my postcode, and the tracking shows nothing.
I have already tried contacting Sklum via WhatsApp and email, but I only receive automated responses and no human support.
I urgently need the correct AGEDISS tracking number or confirmation of the current location and delivery date of my order.
Please resolve this issue immediately.
Disgusting experience
Disgusting experience related to customer support. firstly, delivery took about 4 weeks, secondly, the ordered concrete table weighing 150 kg was delivered with a broken tabletop. now there is no way to contact them to replace the tabletop, or at least make a return. wrote to all emails / forms found on the Internet - 0 reactions. Even tried to give a call to a Spanish official Sclum's phone number, but no one speaks English there... now this table takes up a lot of my space that I can not use ...
90% one star, time to sue this company?
Stay away from this company, spend more time and fine good stuff from china. it will be cheaper and faster delivery.

Order a barstool and the leg were different heights. It was almost impossible to make a report about it and then they said they shipped a new one but used the wrong adress and now I cant make a new report because the old one isnt closed and there is no other way to contact them

We ordered several products from them. Their website states that items are shipped within 7 to 10 working days, but this is absolutely not the case. So far, we've only received one part of our new sofa — and that part is missing its legs. It took a month to arrive, and the second part still hasn’t been delivered.
The automated chatbot claims everything has been delivered, but it’s impossible to get in touch with a real person. There’s also no email address or telnumber available to contact them — in short, there is no way to reach anyone, and half of our order is still missing.
I also submitted a report about the missing legs from the part of the sofa we *did* receive. They said they would respond within 3 to 5 working days, but two weeks later I still haven’t heard anything.
Then there’s the table we ordered. We placed that order five weeks ago, and now the chatbot says it won’t even be shipped until mid-August. Why does the website claim that items are shipped within 7 to 10 days?
Sklum, you are honestly a disgrace of a company. There is no way to contact you, deliveries are late or incomplete, and essential parts are missing. Mistakes can happen — we understand that — but your total lack of communication is unacceptable. We simply want the new sofa and the other items we ordered weeks ago.

Sklum is an organization that sells beautiful products with beautiful photos, but unfortunately, they don't look great.
There's no service, and there's no warranty. They are very good at emailing you with impossible promotions to claim your warranty!
I really regret ordering from Sklum
I really regret ordering from Sklum. I had to wait six weeks for my table to arrive, and when it finally did, it came damaged and incomplete. The surface of the table isn’t even flat, which makes it practically unusable, and the two chairs I ordered with it were completely missing.
It’s been three weeks since I contacted customer service and I still haven’t received any reply. No update, no apology, nothing. So right now, I have a damaged table, no chairs, and absolutely no help from Sklum.
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I want a full refund for the inconvenience and the poor quality of the product. I will never buy from Sklum again and I’ll make sure to tell others not to either. The lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I ordered a bed from SKLUM on June 7th, 2025, and it was delivered without the essential parts—no screws or feet, making it impossible to assemble. I reported the issue immediately through their website on June 17th and was promised a response within 4–5 working days. Over 8 days later, I still haven’t heard back.
I also called their customer service number, but the person who answered only spoke Spanish and refused to help or transfer me to someone who could speak English. The delivery company confirmed they didn’t have the missing parts. As a result, I’ve had to sleep on the floor for more than 16 days.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, especially for an order costing over €619,94. I expected far better communication and service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SKLUM based on this experience.
Update: They replied to my review here and said they will contact me to sort it out. It’s been 3 days since they said so but I still haven’t been reached out by them. And it’s my 10th night sleeping on the floor. :(

Compré una cama en SKLUM el 7 de junio de 2025 y la recibí sin las piezas esenciales: faltaban los tornillos y las patas, por lo que era imposible montarla. Informé del problema el 17 de junio a través de su web, y me prometieron una respuesta en 4–5 días laborables. Han pasado más de 8 días y nadie ha respondido.
También llamé al servicio de atención al cliente, pero la persona que contestó solo hablaba español y se negó a ayudarme o transferirme a alguien que hablara inglés. La empresa de reparto confirmó que no tenía las piezas faltantes. Como resultado, he estado durmiendo en el suelo durante más de dos semanas.
Esta experiencia ha sido muy frustrante e inaceptable, especialmente para una compra de más de €600. Esperaba mucho más en cuanto a comunicación y atención al cliente. Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar SKLUM en base a esta experiencia.
Actualización: Respondieron a mi reseña aquí y dijeron que me contactarían para solucionarlo. Han pasado 3 días desde que lo dijeron, pero todavía no se han comunicado conmigo. Y ya es mi décima noche durmiendo en el suelo. :disappointed:

Table came broken and they just dont reply to us - it has been now 2 weeks that we are waiting for them to reach out and nothing. There is no email, not phone number to talk with. They only have a robot that answers with fixed quotes and no outcome on status of our return what so ever.

Outdoor chairs very bad quality, small for children , cushions are gone after two weeks.....and delivered a broken table.Comstumer service AI...no speaking persons anymore...Do not buy this bad stuff SKLUM
