purchase of washbasin furniture with 2 sinks

We noticed Tots.fr on Pinterest, we looking for washbasin furniture with 2 sinks.
The product we chosed looked very nice on the website.
so we took the chance and bought it.
We live in Denmark, and Tots.fr does not deliver to Denmark, so through some friends in Flensburg in the north of Germany we got it delivered.
The product looks like on the website, we haven’t yet installed it, but we looking forward to see it in oure new bathroom.
The delivery went very good.
I think Tots.fr has the possibility to get a lot of customers in Denmark, if delivery was possible.

Good product, well made and the goods were delivered quickly. I was disappointed that no parts were supplied if your bath has no overflow so I had to find my own.

NO return policy

The product arrived on time and intact. The issue that I have with TOTS is their (non-existent) return policy. In their policy of receiving the product, there is no possibility of changing one's mind after receiving the product - which is not practical when you are doing home renovations. This is contrary to pretty much any other site on the internet. Very disappointing and deceptive. And to talk with customer service, you need to pay. I will definitely let friends and family know not to order from this company.
