Tourlane organised our first travel and Safari to Tanzania.
Places and local services were good and especially their correspont Leopard Tour did a very good job. The local guide Hasim was marvellous.
But they could have skipped the one day at lake Manyara, which added nothing to our tour, and instead added one day in Serengeti or Ngorongoro.
The places booked for overnight stays were very good and Kati Kati was worth its fame.

Claire Henry has hlep us a lot to organise a dream honneymoon. She has listened and cpatured exactly what we wanted and suggested an amazing trip itinerary that we cannot wait to do!

Due to the health situation, our trip has not been possible. Tourlane has been was exemplary in managing cancelations and refunds.

After spending a month working with Nicole on my travel plans to Spain it took an unfortunate turn for the worst when the coronavirus broke out and we were unsure if we could take our trip that we planned to for the summer. We were about to lock in the deposit when Spain went on a lockdown and travel restrictions went up and we told them that we didn’t feel comfortable paying right now; they told us that if we wanted to go ahead with the trip we would HAVE to pay NOW or cancel everything (and of course not get our money back for the flight we already paid) as their partners in Spain would not grant us an extension on the deposit date. That is outrageous that during a Worldwide epidemic they couldn’t extend the payment date and lost out on thousands of dollars. Who are these partners in Spain they work with? Meanwhile during all of this they “accidentally” charged my friends credit card for the deposit anyway, even though we said we did not want to go ahead yet, and not once did they apologize throughout everything; they just threw the blame on us. We had to jump through hoops to get that money refunded to my friend when it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and certainly not Nicole or Louise. Not once did Nicole even reach back out to me to apologize for everything; terrible customer service. When I finally reached out they were no longer with the company. Surprise surprise. Any phone call to the office just had an automated response and hung up on you. We are still currently fighting with them to get the flights WE paid for sent to us as they are refusing and want us to rebook with them next year which is outrageous. Stay away!!

Antoine de Montebello is really nice with us and prepare an amazing tour of Costa Rica. A good plan to see the entire country. He permise us to see everything and make sure to miss nothing !
