Not able to make paynow or bank transfer at critical moment
While I like to convenience of using the bank app, I am really disappointed with the level of customer service and patronizing phase "sorry for the issue and inconvenience".
I need to make a large sum payment via PayNow on 6 Oct 25. It was blocked with security alert. I received on the same day that my account was put in a safe list and say I am able to make the PayNow payment without issue.
Unfortunately, I encountered the same issues on 7 Oct and 8 Oct 25. I am also blocked with suspicious alert when I am transferring to another bank account(same beneficiency).
Overall, I had more than 8 times of unnecessary transfers. Calls from Trust customer service and fraud depts did not resolve the issue. They can only tell me they receive from an email that I am put in a safe list.
It is very frustrating when I am in need of fund and I was locked out. It cause me a lot of convenience when I need to go back to the merchant 3 days in a role.
I sincerely hope I can get an explanation why this happens.
