The worst scam I've ever experienced.
I ordered some sweatshirts months ago. The shipping was supposed to take a maximum of 72 hours, but they arrived 6 days later, when I no longer needed them. I paid €14 just for express shipping.
After two months of back-and-forth because they refused to process a return, they finally received the products and then took over a month to issue the refund. I had to send dozens of emails just to get my money back.
On top of that, they deducted not only the original shipping cost (which arrived late and should have been covered by them), but also an extra €11 for the return. They make the mistake and I have to pay?
An absolute scam and a total lack of professionalism.
Do not buy from them.

EDIT: Raising my review by one star because Wordans made contact after it was published and refunded what I paid. This does not take away from the poor experience for the products I needed but this gesture shows that they at least take it seriously, which does require character.

Absolutely awful experience and luckily for Wordans, one star is a minimum rating. Ordered something on 22/Mar that I needed for a project abroad with children, order not shipped until 08/Apr, by which time I had already left for the project. To put things in perspective, I ordered a similar product from CHINA that arrived on time, so this was completely unacceptable.
Scam 1: Advertising products as 'Shipping in 24 hours'
What I ordered was bog standard, white tote bag and the website advertised it as shipping immediately, which is why I chose Wordans in the first place. Instead, it shipped in ELEVEN working days...
Scam 2: Customer service will respond within 24 hours
By Mar/30, it became very obvious that the products had not shipped and I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. To this day (almost one month later), not a single person from Wordans has even bothered to respond to say 'yes' or 'no'.
Scam 3: Calling the website 'Wordans Belgium'
Wordans has several warehouses around Europe from where goods can be shipped and it is not made obvious where this will be until AFTER you have placed the order.
Can you afford to wait, potentially for several weeks, until your goods arrive? If so, go ahead and you may save a few euros here and there. If not, however, avoid the hassle and simply order from a local company for a little more and at least have the certainty of being able to contact them and not having to worry about the goods arriving after you no longer need them.

14 days and the items are still showing "shipping soon"..not received a tracking number and support answering once at 2-3 days, but not a good answer.
I ordered some clothes made from 100% cotton for my father because had a skin surgery..since I made the order, my father had the surgery, stayed 10 days in hospital, and in 2 days he is coming home...and the clothes are still not shipped...LOL...
A beautiful scam website!!!

Ordered shirts for a bachelor party on May 14. Chose shirts that were in stock for fast delivery as promised on the site. Up to 10 days for printed shirts it mentions. The delivery took more than one month! (supposed to arrive on June 17). In all the contacts I had with their customer support, the red line was that they really could not do anything. Could not speed up the order, could not cancel, could not refund. Needless to say the shirts were not ready for the party. So if you want reliable delivery and a customer service that is more than a mailbox for not being able to help at all, go somewhere else.
Reply back to Wordans: Your reply is the same standard answer you sent my by email after not being able to do anything. Such a standard reply means nothing to me as a customer, when your actions clearly show the opposite.
