the agreed shipping at the time of purchase was changed on the expected delivery date to a distant date without informing me about it... so they ship whenever they want without informing the customer

I ordered twinmarkers on 28 April
I ordered twinmarkers on 28 April, and they said the package would be arrive 5/05 and so I waited. Then I got an email that the package would be arrived on 7/05 and it didn’t arrive.
Until now they said ur package would be delivered on 12/05. But didn’t want to wait anymore so I cancelled my order 😕 so disappointed that I have to wait so long!!!

Poor customer service, bad repair service, slow operation times
I purchased a iron station Phillps PerfectCare Elite GC9682/80 , at end of November as an Xmas gift to my girlfriend that wished the top of the top- when she got it, she thrown out the old one.
27th of December she got it- first used in January- leaked water everywhere during use.
Tried again, then in February, after 2 tries to use it- and it was impossible, I wanted to return the faulty product. Tried to use twice
Sent it back on the 12/02 for refund as Reclamation because was faulty from the start. But instead was sent to repair- took 5 weeks from when I made the first contact until I got it back on 18/March.
Got back the iron scratched, with stickers impossible to remove, and poorly packed (was packed in paper no bubble foil) in a box too big where it bounced around during transportation. So I sent a brand new iron in mint condition and I got one looking like second hand (for me looks matters).
Pick it up- came back from holiday- tried to use the "newly repaired iron" water leaked worst then the first time. Contacted Customer service again on 4th of April. Asked again for a refund, is sent again to service. Now is still with them in the service a week later.
Now is 3.5 months since my clothes look super bad and wrinkled, because a product that was supposed to be top notch is in fact a product that you can not trust and I am denied the refund.
I asked for an iron to borrow, that was not possible. I asked for a small compensation so I buy at least a cheap one meanwhile.
So, no iron- no compensation for the fact that this brings me the worst inconvenience ever, and I go to meetings all wrinkled and for the very important ones I had to use dry clean service because I kept on waiting to get it back "anytime now". And worst- no refund so I can buy myself another iron.
So this is me spending a lot of money on Phillips PerfectCare Elite, and now I need to buy another one while I need to wait to get this one fixed again- so it will be another 3 weeks from here until I get it, while I have important work meetings coming up.
I should not need to fix a brand new product.
And ComputerSalg apparently is the one to decide if this brings me an inconvenience or not, because apparently, it is normal for every household to have more than one iron.
So thank you computersalg for a faulty product, for slow service, for your decision that this brings no inconvenience and for the fact that after purchasing an expensive item you had it more than I did.
So never again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have felt in this case.
If an item is more than 2 weeks old and open, our business policy states that it should be send to the Supplier for repair.
The Supplier repaired the iron, and it worked afterwards.
Unfortunately, it starts leaking water again, so the Supplier want it back to check why it is leaking water after the first repair.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Over a week and still no refund!
Ordered a thermos which arrived broken, after 10 emails to customer service and over a week, I still haven’t received a refund. I keep getting the reply that they are waiting for the delivery company to process the case. This isn’t good enough and not my issue as a customer how they retrieve the money. I received a faulty product and should be entitled to a refund!
