Although had to wait to be answered I was quickly put through to the correct department about Digital upgrade! Laura who I spoke to took explained clearly what was needed and I was given a date at the time for an engineer to come to instal appropriate equipment!

Clear and understandable arrangements for moving house.
The person I first spoke to (Ajay Sakaria) was polite, helpful and very clear. As it was a bit too far away from my moving date he promised to call me a week later which he did. Everything was finalised with installation arranged for three days after our move date.

Problems with Router
We have been having problems with our router which decided today to actually stop altogether. Calling Fleur Telecom I spoke with Sarah, what an absolute pleasure it was. Very friendly, very professional and extremely efficient.

A lot to take in in one go
The new contract sounds ok, but it was all rather a lot to understand in one go. I think it would have been better to prepare the customer with an advisory email and then do the phone contact to form up on the offer. Your operative did the best he could under the circumstances.

Fleur wifi
I got moved to this company for my WiFi quite a few years ago now and they've been fantastic. Today I've been given a better deal from them. It also helps if your inundated with spam phone calls where they try to scam you as they never list the company as they've never heard of it. WiFi is great can't really fault them

George was very clear , polite and patient explaining what I needed to do to test the landline . The task of removing screws from the router box was difficult where it was situated but I didn’t feel I was being pressurised to get it done .

I have just gone over to fibre account and shall be sent a router as was told by the nice young chap that i spoke to - he made everything soind so straight forward he was great and a chap with great patience iI may also add - he has set eveything up for me so I am ready to go over to fibre ( I think ) on the 3rd november 2025 ( cant wait !!!! ) I am no good when it comes to computers etc and this chap just lea me through the plan with th egreatest of ease - so fingers crossed it all works out and if not I am up for an engineer to help me out ( great ) if only everbody was as nice as the chap that I spoke to and worked things out for me - how wonderful the world would be - kindest regards Dennis Kingston.
Zero care for vulnerable customers
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company left my grandparents without internet and a phone for over 6 weeks causing allot of stress from my gran who has since passed away.
They have now taken a month to receive a death certificate to close an account do not use this company they do not care for your well being and any undue stress
