Abdelkarim did a great job!
I have been with Yourhosting since December 2008 and my experiences have been positive from the very start. Each time there was an issue, they explained to me very clearly what had to be done and their patience was – and still is – endless. The latest issue I was struggling with, which I could not solve myself, is too complicated to explain, but Abdelkarim addressed the issue head-on and he did a brilliant job! I got a long email with explanations in very great detail as well as easily to understand technical advice. I must say, I was gobsmacked in a most pleasant way. Looking back on the past 16 ½ years with Yourhosting, I must conclude that the technical staff excel in their technical knowledge. Well done, Abdelkarim, and much obliged!!!!

Worst and most expensive hosting company. Customers are not important and they do not deliver that what you pay a lot for! Find other company to host your website because you will be very sad to be with Yourhosting !

Prices keep increasing, performance drops
Prices keep increasing, performance keeps decreasing. Support takes sometimes days or weeks to respond, even if you have multiple domains stalled. Outages take multiple days, and prices keep increasing to absurd amounts. I am moving my domains somewhere else.

Mitchel has helped me extremely well in a spontanous restoration of my website/webmail. The prices insanely increased over the last years, originally I wasn't even a client with them until they purchased the company I was with, apparently, they do this all the time & then up the prices.
I pay for some domains up to 25eur due to the increase over the years (and it's a common .ext). Getting the heck out of here.
