Ignore any negative reviews. I did and have been well impressed by the quality and service from Baerskin. Delivery to UK can take 2 weeks or so but just be patient. I’ve bought multiple items, all delivered in reasonable time and all items are top quality. One small problem was quickly resolved by customer service which is outstanding and second to none.
I will be buying more. Thanks

Contrary to rumours on line of being a scam I can confirm it’s not. I received the item I ordered and exactly as described. Despatched directly from China and did take 12 days but that was expected. Tracking stopped at LHR and was finally delivered by Royal Mail when I was not at home. Oh well, two more items ordered so fingers crossed.

Review of Nextbase
My previous review was highly critical of the QI front and rear camera which just did not work. Returned to Halfords and ordered second kit direct from nextbase. Front camera worked but no 4g connection for live view once outside the car. Despite best efforts we could not get it to function properly. I dont give up easily and so agreed with Mike to return again for a third attempt. Hallelulah, both front and rear camera installed and worked without any problems.
I can only rate customer service,Mike and James in particular, as first class. They both worked so hard to resolve the issues. Picture quality is first class and functions will only improve with further updates.
Really pleased we didnt give up and would now highly recommend both the product and customer service. Both are second to none. Thanks

Based on my previous faultless experience with 522/622 cameras I believed the excellent reviews on the web and bought this IQ box of rubbish.
I purchased 4k camera and rear camera from Halfords yesterday.I have been outside, freezing cold from about 10:00 until it got dark.
I meticulously followed the app guidance but constant scrolling of red light.
I have reset the camera, reformatted the supplied card, checked the power is on via obd, 3-4 bars 4g, Bluetooth connected. Repeateadly getting message “camera not found”. When the main camera connects the I get “no rear camera detected”.
The “so called” live view is definitely not. 2 or 3 very jerky clips several minutes out of time.
I have disconnected, rebooted, reset, reinstalled the app all without success.
This camera should not be sold until it has been sorted. It is not fit for use.
I contacted Jack in customer service. Didn’t offer any solution or advice. Not responding to further messages and it seems my account has now been closed.
Tried reinstalling the app but unable to register without camera connection.
I don’t think so.
Back to Halfords as soon as to see what my options are.
What a waste of £598.
