Fik min skærmbeskyttelse i maj 2025 og her i oktober 2025 er der mange ridser, både store og små. Jeg arbejder på kontor og passer altid på telefonen. Har den aldrig i en lomme med nøgle og andet der kan ridse. Men beskyttelsen ligner noget der har været brugt i mange år, selvom der kun er gået mindre end 6 måneder.
Applikationen af beskyttelsen var dog meget nem og perfekt tilpasset skærmen.

Yes it’s easy to install but…
The privacy protection is more like a tint, the screen is still visible by your neighbours. The worst part is I dropped my phone once from a chair and now there is a diagonal crack across the screen. At first, I didn’t notice the diagonal crack until I saw the screen at an angle. Because of the privacy tint the crack is clearly visible from the side, it glows. Also visible from the side, 1 million fingerprints.

UPDATE- I had a response from my review as you can see below, I also had an email conversation with Magic Johns customer service team in which they apologised and asked for photos of the various scratches and cracks which I sent over to them. They apologised again and asked how I would like to proceed I ask for a replacement on the hope that somehow this one was faulty, nearly 5 weeks later and nothing no dispatch notice of a new one being sent and nothing through my door. Not very good customer service at all!

The Magic John screen protector is far from what I expected. I thought installation would be quick and simple — just put it in the box, pull the tab, and done in 15 seconds. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The QR code didn’t work, so I had to guess the steps myself. I cleaned the screen thoroughly using the alcohol wipe and dust sticker, then installed it. A few small bubbles appeared at first, but thankfully they worked themselves out after a few days.

However, the biggest issue is the scratch resistance — or lack of it. Despite being extremely careful and never putting my phone in my pocket with keys or anything sharp, the screen protector is already covered in small scratches and even has a large one across the front after just a week of use.

On the positive side, the privacy glass works well and the touch sensitivity feels great. But overall, it’s disappointing and not what was advertised. Feels like a case of false advertising — such a shame, as it could have been a great product.

I will give a 5 star review for the products i have purchased from Magic John for:
Quality
The material of the case feels great in hand
Prices are good
The screen protector is perfectly alligned, no dust,no air bubbles, finger print proof, hydrophobic
The review is for 3rd gen screen protectors and the case with a magnetic ring on the back for an iphone 14 pro max
The comparison is with RhinoShield that i had before both protectors and case that were disappointing.

Das Handy ist nicht hingefallen oder ähnliches. Es war nicht mal mit einem Schlüssel in der Hosentasche. Sehr enttäuschend.

Mittlerweile ist die Folie einfach kaputt gegangen, ohne dass das Handy hingefallen ist.

ich muss hier fairerweise meine erste Bewertung für
Magic John korrigieren.
Die Lieferung ist heute doch noch nach 12 Tagen eingetroffen.
Sendung muss einen langen Weg aus China zurücklegen.
Schade dass das nicht kommuniziert wurde.
Ware war sehr gut verpackt und macht einen guten Eindruck.

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. AVOID! Ordered the 8K clear, there was a choice of three different screen protectors all promising “privacy protection”. But only one of the three offerings actually gives you privacy protection, but you won’t find that out until you’ve stuck it to your phone which offers no privacy protection. You then have to wrestle with the customer service department who will insist that you purchased the wrong one, that’s your fault! And now you must purchase another screen protector with this time privacy protection. Customer services were terrible. All they could offer me was the opportunity to buy another protector no refund offered no courtesy [we’ve got our adverts wrong] nothing! Horrendous service, I would avoid it all cost.

Wow. All I can say. I've now used these protectors on an S24, S25 and S23 Ultra and apart from one time where it didn't stick perfectly (was replaced free of charge by customer services with no quibble), these have gone on the easiest I have EVER experienced. I'm always rubbish at putting these on without bubbles and problems but their design is flawless!! I honestly can't recommend them higher.

I purchased from Magic John through their website and received two defective screen protectors. One did not cover my iPhone 15 Pro Max properly, and the other leaked light badly on my 17 Pro. I followed all instructions for installation and even sent them photos and a video as requested.
Over the course of 9 days, I emailed them 9 times. They responded once to request a video, which I sent, and then ignored every follow-up. They advertise a “money back guarantee” but have refused to honor it or even communicate.
This is not about the $60, it’s about principle. A company that floods social media and email with ads should also stand by their products and treat customers with basic respect. Instead, they hide behind silence and force customers to pursue chargebacks.
I’ve given them every chance to resolve this and have now escalated to my bank. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Update - 10.09.25: I was and still am disappointed in their service, however Im also committed to being balanced and fair. After several emails to them, they have replaced my defective screens with new ones, which I believe was the right thing to do. While I personally may not choose to purchasing more screens, they did resolve the issue in the end.

While my first order had issues (missing and defective items), I'm happy to report that the company has since resolved the problem perfectly. They reached out and sent me a new package with all the correct items.

Previously I ordered several screen protectors for iPhone 17 Pro and a case.

The package was incomplete – one full set of protectors was missing.

Doesnt fit my s25 ultra with quadlock case. Protector to big for a usual case. Phone fell twice, protector broken. Never buying again or advise anyone to buy. Very bad

I bought this product not sure if
this was a gimmick or not, nevertheless I bought it for the iPhone 17 pro max. To keep it short, this thing works like magic no more bubbles no more sitting there worrying about dust and aligning the screen protector with the phone. This product does it all for you. If you have doubts then don't.

Never got my screen protector even though it says "delivered". Filled support ticket but got automatic answer with fake number.
Their official answer- "You can also call the customer service number (+47) 21 31 62 60"
Tried calling that, number doesn't exists and my father support messages being ignored. Never buy here again

So, I bought the privacy screen, they were nothing like advertised, they are extremely easy to crack (both screens in 2 days of application to phone) they were not finger print proof nor were they hydrophobic. They do offer privacy to an extent until (very easily) cracked and (very easily) covered in finger prints that then even becomes less of a reality.

I did leave them a poor review, to their credit they send out a replacement order saying I must have gotten a bad product, however, again, 2 days after applying… broken cracked and covered in prints.

Ordered a screen protector for my phone, but after three weeks, I still didn't get it, even though it says it was delivered. I contacted support but just got answers with random steps to do that none worked. The final result is clear: money paid, no product received. Also, now I'm left with a customs fee to pay on top of the original price because of Norway's taxes and still without a screen protector. They also have no options for delivery where you could choose where the package will be delivered, to home or a delivery point.

I love ur products but I ordered the screen protectors for the iPhone 17 pro max & neither 1 stuck to the screen at the bottom.

I purchased 2 orders for 2 iPhone 15 Pros. Within a couple of days, the screens are damaged. One fell off a bed and the screen cracked. The other fell out of a pocket getting out of the car and landed on the ground. That one has many cracks because of it landing on tiny pebbles. The strength quality of this product is ZERO OUT OF TEN. The Dollar store sells stronger screens.

Second complaint is that customer support doesn’t even get back to you. It has been over a week since I contacted them with no response back. I had also contacted them (2nd email) regarding a return for a second order I placed. I didn’t even open the shipped package as I don’t want it for other phones I have (16e and XR).

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

16 Pro max screen protector was easy to install and works great

Les protections d’écran sont de mauvaise qualité dans la pub, ils nous disent qu’il est sans rayure et difficile à casser en deux jours. La protection d’écran et déjà fissuré. J’ai eu une utilisation normale, il n’est pas tombé une seule fois, il est resté toute ma journée dans les poches. C’est inadmissible d’avoir une telle qualité quand on nous promet une bonne qualité surtout pour le prix. Surtout le pire c’est que dans le paquet il y avais deux protections d’écran don une qui était déjà cassée du au transport.
