This screen protector is not good. Bought a 2-pack from the MJ Amazon store, less than a week later my screen had a scratch and crack on it. No drops. I emailed customer service about my issue and disappointment and was actually pleasantly surprised how quick they were to send a new kit out. I've had my new one on for 3 days and gave the second one to my husband whose different brand protector was cracked. He's had his MJ screen protector on for less than 48 hours. NO DROPS! It's literally already cracked! (For the record, my husband is the one who loved the ads and wanted to get them.) I'm gonna go back to the random brand I found on Amazon that worked with my old iPhone for over a year. I'll give 2 stars because Customer Service was quick to respond and resolve, but the product is disappointing to say the least and not reliable.

Screenprotector and phone case work great. However the ring/stand on the phone case broke after less than 3 months and Magic John just states that warranty has expired while it's clearly a product/quality issue. Very sad.

Product comes from China so no exchange, credit, refund, etc.
Ordered Magic John 3 Piece Set for iPhone Pro. Somehow ordered for Pro Max. Paid for expedited shipping.
Item arrived late.
Pro Max doesn't help.
I offered to pay to exchange for correct size.
Response is to buy a complete new package.

ALL BS !!! I ordered this product thru an IG advertisement and although the install is pretty cool and easy, the screen cracked on the 1st phone drop … contacted support team ( China ) and good luck !!! After few back and force e-mails they said “I can reorder with a discount” 😅😅😅. The whole point is to have a screen protector virtually indestructible like the add demonstration… FALSE ADVERTISING !!! DO NOT BUY !!!

BUYER BEWARE, CHINESE BASED COMPANY EXPLOITING CISTOMERS.
They do not warranty their products at all. When you have a screen protector fail in 4 months with zero drops or abuse, and ask for them to warranty it, they refuse and tell you "we send you 2 protectors with the idea that the second one acts as a back up in case the first one fails". Meanwhile they advertise a warranty, state that "you get 2 screen protectors for this price " not "buy one get free", not "buy this and we include a back up just in case". They charge 5 times what a comparable screen protector costs, claim their products are "designed to last 6 to 7 years on your phone". All false claims when you do not stand behind your product. Absolute greed and manipulating advertising, because they manufacture and ship straight from China, not "manufactured and sold from the USA" as their advertising used to state. That should have been the big red flag when I made my purchase (thankfully through PayPal) and the payment went directly to a Chinese company. Save your money, buy one of the comparable ones on Temu, they are literally selling from the same manufacturer if you look carefully, for ⅕ the price these rip off artists are charging. I have already dealt with customer service extensively, and they are making every excuse not to provide warranty or even a refund for this situation. But they are willing to offer me a 15% discount so I can purchase another set. First if all, why on earth would I give your company any more of my money when you have no honout and cannot be trusted. Second of all, 15% is an absolute joke, especially since they have an ongoing sake for 15% off right now, amd you can guarantee they will not stack the discounts.

Been watching this product for a few months and decided to get a screen protector. It's been over a month and still nothing.

Update: product received. Good quality and easy to use. Delivery times are shocking however the product is great.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht! Ich habe ein Schutzglas für mein iPhone bestellt, und es ist direkt kurz nach dem Auftragen kaputt gegangen. Die Qualität ist wirklich sehr schlecht und für den Preis völlig unakzeptabel. Ich kann Magic John definitiv nicht empfehlen – das war eine total enttäuschende Erfahrung.

In my experience I've bought screen protectors had them fitted and tried to fit them myself none are easier than magic John's screen protector.
This is the best well presented made truly easy to use even backed up with a guarantee what more do you need.

Truly a piece of junk. The guy is hitting the screen protector with a hammer on the advertising video (BS). I purchased this and the first time a light tap on the side of the screen protector it chipped badly and then it cracked completely. In 1 month it broke. I contacted them and they refused to do anything about it. This company is a scam with poor customer service.

Mein Ladekabel von Magic John ist nach nicht einmal 6 Monaten kaputtgegangen, ein deutlicher Hinweis auf einen Qualitätsmangel.

Der eigentliche Schock kam aber erst beim Kundenservice:
Anstatt das Problem im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung zu lösen, wurde mir lediglich eine ,,30-Tage-Garantie” entgegengehalten und jegliche Verantwortung abgelehnt.

Ich habe mehrfach klar kommuniziert, dass ich als Kundin in Spanien einkaufe und damit EU-Verbraucherschutz gilt. Trotzdem wurde mir gesagt, dass ihre „globale Firmenpolitik“ über den gesetzlichen Rechten steht. Was schlichtweg so einfach nicht funktioniert.

Am Ende boten sie mir nur einen 15-%-Rabattcode als ,,Kulanz”.

Für ein Produkt, das nach so kurzer Zeit defekt ist, ist das völlig unzureichend.

Wer Wert auf Qualität und verlässlichen Service legt, sollte sich den Kauf gut überlegen.
Für mich war es definitiv das letzte Mal.

Garbage company. They take your money then use against delivery companies to deliver their products so when they don’t arrive they can blame the company and keep your money. Mine never came when I ordered the cable. I reached out to the company since it showed it was sent to Australia (I’m in USA ). They immediately blamed the delivery company. I tried contacting them and their company’s website is in all Chinese. AVOID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY.

I've ordered my good and it was promised it will arrive in 2 - 10 days. It's been over 20 days now, no notice from the seller, no response. They either scammers or they don't know how to handle the shipping. Waiting for a case for over a month is incredible, this isn't made out of gold!!!!!

I purchased 3 sets of screen protectors for my iphone 17 pro. Two were privacy and one was clear. The privacy screen protectors did not hide my screen very well, it had visible screen on the sides of the protector, like it was not wide enough. All 6 got scratched BAD and in the same spots on all 6 within 3 days of regular use. I work in an office so all my phone ever does is go in and out of my pocket all day. Very disappointed in the quality of the product. None of them have been scratch resistant or fingerprint resistant in my experience. I am kind of at a loss trying to find a screen protector that won't scratch with regular use but also be as easy to apply as this. Because that is something this protector does better than anything else, the ease of application.

I ordered a case for my iPhone 17 and specifically asked if it had protection for the camera control button and was assured that it did. When I received the case it in fact did NOT have protection for the camera control button. I asked for a return label since this is an important feature, and they offered me a discount on camera lens protectors. The issue is with the camera control button, not the camera lens. I inquired again and made sure to state the issue ad once again they told me that the return shipping is too high for a return, although on their website they do state that they have a return policy.
After a few back-and-forth emails, it does not appear that they are willing to return my item or give me a refund for it. Seems to be just another scam company on Facebook with flashy ads.
Buyer beware, if you are not happy with your purchase, you will end up being stuck with it since return shipping costs are too high apparently.

Lasted less than an hour before a hairline crack appeared. Contacted support who told me tough luck. No replacement. Avoid.

I ordered the screen protectors. It broke within 3 days. When I contacted the company, their reply was “You got two with your order. Just use the other one”

The screen feels strong and the application is easy. Looks great. But it’s a good thing it came with 2 because my screen cracked top to bottom on the first day or two. I don’t even recall dropping it. Maybe it fell of the coffee table or something. I’ll circle back if the new one fails

Update*** 2 weeks later and I just noticed the second one cracked in the exact same way. Top to bottom single crack. Downgraded my review to one star. It came with 2 screens and provided less than 2 months of protection and I never dropped my phone. This time I’m sure. The product just failed

Terrible company. They pretend that they will replace any protector that fails. That's just a PR lie.
I had previously used their product paying the premium forb the ease of use and the "warranty" - fairly rapidly in retrospect both the protectors had died so re-ordered.

The applicator failed in the first one so I emailed them for a replacement. They answered back saying this was likely my fault (it wasn't) and how to resolve the issue (that failed). I asked them for the replacement and after that total silence despite emailing them multiple times.

Clearly the warranty is a con to justify a much higher price on an average at best product.

Poor customer service. Accidentally ordered the wrong product but they have refused to allow me to return it. Trying to correspond with their customer service is terrible. At least a week between responses. AVOID
