Rock solid

Hobo U12-015-02 dataloggers are rock solid reliable. The design is durable, the software is simple, and the interface is reliable. These things just work.

Prompt and attentive service! Solid product

Prompt and attentive service. Items were back ordered but the two sales reps (Denise and Frank) were able to deliver the equipment on time for our field deployment. Actually, both orders arrived earlier than anticipated, which is great! We have used the HOBO U-22 and shuttles for years and found them to be extremely reliable in a variety of conditions.

Excellent customer support

Onset was out of stock on a certain logger and therefore they offered an upgraded version with discount code. After receiving the PO, they didn't honor that same discount code. Once the order was placed, it still took them more than a month to ship the order.
UPDATE: Onset's customer service reached out to me immediately after my initial review. They explained the circumstances and offered a solution to make this transaction right. I greatly appreciate this gesture of great customer support. This company really cares about its products and its customers! Thank you Onset.

I liked the fact that I could get…

I liked the fact that I could get technical support from a live person most of the time. I didn't like one technician saying one thing and the other saying something else. I also didn't like the fact that most communication with Elton was through email.
