Unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Royal Mail North East Delivery Office. I sent an urgent package of breastmilk using the Express 24 service, which should have arrived the next day. It was collected on the 29th, yet it won’t be delivered until the 1st of October. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the importance of the contents and the premium price I paid for a guaranteed next-day delivery. Families rely on this service for essential, time-sensitive items, and Royal Mail has failed to deliver on its promise.

Am not getting my deliveries.It used to…

Am not getting my deliveries.It used to be good but now it is awful.My partner lives 8 miles away and he is getting mail once a week, its wet with rain as the postman cant be bothered to put it in letterbox.
I have a new foreign postman who cant speak English and sat outside in his van for 15 mins playing on the phone.
They arenot doing their job.

No sign of a delivery soon

Parcel received at Preston depot last wednessday but got no further. It was promised for thursday but still not here 3 days later. You should assume Tracked 24 means 24 days not hours, or better still used another courier. Absolutely appalling, like our daily post which arrives once a week on average.

No Service at all

I purchased overseas delivery for a small parcel that never reached the recipient. It eventually arrived back with me but I requested a refund for the postage. I waited 3 months but when I queried what was happening I received an email stating your problem has been resolved. As it most certainly had not I waited nearly 1 hour on a call to customer services who promised to escalate the complaint. However, another MONTH later still total Silence.

Yet again terrible service

Yet again. Delivered mail to the wrong address and sent a picture of some poor random person's door. Didn't even bother to ring our front door

I now have to trawl the neighbourhood and google maps to find whose door this is.

Impossible to chat to a human on 'contact us'. Website is an endless loop of bots and useless information.

Beyond terrible.

I never thought that the British royal…

I never thought that the British royal mail once hailed in the 80s and 90s as the best delivery service in the world have gotten so low.
The prices has sky rocketed in recent years and their guaranteed delivery service is total lies.
The average delivery for parcels paid for on the next day service arrive 7 days after.

It's a joke a laughing stock and a let down for Britain

Shame on you royal mail change your name to a total pisstakemail and remove the royal reference from title.

I had a parcel diverted to post office…

I had a parcel diverted to post office to wait for 18 days then to send back to me I contacted nearly every day for update and 3 people assured me that day 19 it will be posted back and day 20 I get it. I was also told the tracking would show journey back but today day 22 I was told sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't who trains these people

Parcel farce - abysmal

They keep saying they can't find our house. They fail to leave parcels at Post Office for collection and say they have. They have accepted more than £200 of goods from different companies and failed to deliver them. The Consignement number I've entered is just one example. I have sent them maps via the companies. They can't find the house with a map with Google coordinates. The Post Office, Amazon, DHL, even Yodel can find it. There is a big parcel box on the gate with my phone number on it. My partner spent one hour waiting on the customer service helpline only to have the guy he got through to say he couldn't hear him and quickly hang up. My partner has driven to the Post Office twice to pick up a parcel that they are supposed to have left there and it seems they can't even find the Post Office and it hasn't been left there at all. Abysmal.

Never been let down by 24 tracking until today!

I always use tracked 24 for my deliveries it is always here the next day but yesterday i ordered a package in uk but on my tracking it is still stating "we are expecting it"? What is holdimg it up has itdissapeard into the ether wjats going on pleaxr

What has happened???

What has happened to this company!? They are not delivering post, over an hours wait to talk to a customer service rep, missing parcels, incorrectly delivered post, long waits exceeding a month, its an absolute joke especially in comparrison for the prices for postage paid , the service is well below standard and the country it operates in is more like a third world hell hole than a moden civilised society . What an absolute joke and lack of a decent service . What happened???

Despicable 'claims ' service at Royal Mail

Clearly Royal Mail do not care as i notice they do not reply back to any reviews .
I have been fighting to get compensation for a lost parcel worth £120 for months now , it is clear from the tracking that the parcel is lost . I have provided every possible bit of proof available from the original cost of the item , the online listing of the item , the proof that the customer was refunded , the proof that i have received NOTHING , THEY ARE NOW ASKING ME TO ITEMISE EVERY SINGLE ITEM USED TO MAKE THE ITEM !!
I have wasted hours and hours of my time , seriously why would i be wasting my time on this if they had not lost my parcel.
In the terms and conditions it shows for a tracked parcel not delivered or lost of this weight i should be owed minimum £50 , although the actually item cost £120 . I am totally disgusted with the service but i will not stop campaigning until my claim is paid .

Well over 3 months now, i sent a package to Birmingham via Royal mail next day 1pm guaranteed delivery. Days and weeks passed without the package delivered , I reached out to them to find out why the delay. The customer service i spoke to asked me to put a claim hence it's more than 10 days passed, I put up a claim with all the documents required attached, upon submission of my claim i was told within 4 weeks i should hear from them. It's over 3 months no response[Claim Reference number #06081838]. I have talked with the customer service contact 3 times just to follow up on them, still no response.
The service is very poor and i won't recommend.

How is this company allowed to remain in business?

How is this company allowed to remain in existence? It has an unresponsive web site, extremely verbose and totally unhelpful. Try to find out who you are supposed to ring if you want to speak to some one and you will spend the next 30 minutes chasing your tail in a never ending spiral of verbose options designed to keep you away from a telephone and totally confuse you. It is disgraceful and I only hope that the company goes into liquidation as soon as possible. Most of the online staff are condescending and generally unhelpful and defensive to the extreme. I will never use them again and recommend my friends and family to do the same. The company is a disgrace and should be removed from the postal service in UK. It reflects the demise of what was once our great country so the quicker it is put out of its misery, the better.

Tracked mail at Gatwick, but told won't be delivered.

I tried to be patient and got through on the 40 minute wait customer service line, but was told my parcel is tracked and at Gatwick and at the same time lost and you won't get it, which seems a contradiction. I have received other parcels with mundane items, but not the watch and jewellery. I would love for someone to tell me how a tracked item acknowledged at a depot can't be found and delivered? Did the parcels walk out the door?

Very annoyed

I am not sure why they even bother continuing their services. Half of the time they deliver to wrong place. They never call, no confirmation emails. It’s Extremely extremely difficult to get hold of customer services. Their website is also terrible. It makes me keeps circling back but never actually solve any issues. I don’t understand their “we left you a card” thing. I never got one.

There's a British lady in her 50s in…

There's a British lady in her 50s in the counter of Queens Road Post office Nuneaton. Anytime I go there I have confidence that as long as she is there, I'll leave there with a smile and fulfilment. She welcomes everything youve got to say and she even corrects you on what doesn't even concern her. She's very good to be applauded

Dreadful company
I got an email saying "running behind"
I've got two delivery attempts apparently, no cards no attempt whatsoever, I've got a ring doorbell!! No one has attempted delivery, little liars. Been waiting on hold for ages!! It says RML default depo?? Where's that then???

Terrible tracking

Terrible tracking. I am on constant redelivery or getting parcels from the depot. Paying for postage ,Paying for tracking AND IT DOES NOT WORK.

TRACKING IS A SERVICE YOU ARE RECEIVING REVENUE FOR BUT NOT PROVIDING.
