Scam company that doesnt respond to any customer queries. I didnt look at reviews first, wish i would have done. Placed order and heard nothign from them, tracking doesnt update or change, raised this on email a number of times and no response. Avoid them

Do not shop from Novara. Cancelled my item a few minutes after ordering but they shipped it anyway. Once it arrived I followed their returns procedure as advised and made the return without even opening it. It's now been a month since they received the return and I've had no refund and no communication.

I thought I'd leave a review here because after I purchased my frying pan I found the company here and when I seen they had a 2. Odds rating i crapped myself thinking what have I done! The pan took 12 days to arrive & straight away I started the return process as these reviews put me off. I did have to go back and forth with a few emails and in the end due to the cost of returning to America £33 I decided just to keep it & hope for the best. I have since used it 3 times for bacon, sausages & egg fried rice I wouldn't say it's completely non stick but it's much better than my previous pan & so far it doesn't warp in the middle when hot which was the main reason I bought this. Used on an electric hob.

If I could give below zero stars, I would! Novara has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered two pans and a cutting boards in early September. I received the pans but no cutting boards which was not cheap. I have emailed multiple times since then and now I just want my money back! No one is responding to me!!! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I am out over a hundred dollars…

No response to e-mails for advice on shipping or the way that if you are interested in tracking they try to get you linked up to another company you have to register to. Also, avoid the ShopPay option. DO NOT USE - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The product does not live up to expectations

The product met our expectations, outstanding quality and value, reasonable but not the fastest delivery but otherwise no problems. The value for money, for our frying pan, I believe is very hard to beat. Well done and thanks.

The package arrived damaged and too k 15 working days. Customer service is appalling and they just send the same message cut and paste - dont use them

Where do I start? The advert said 2 day delivery, 2 weeks on and still nothing. The customer service is horrendous, just no communication. If id known these were coming from China then I definitely wouldnt have bought them. I have tried to cancel the order many times but they just dont reply. I would not recommend this company. If they ever arrive, they're going straight back and I'll buy the hexclad instead, wish id done that in the first instance.

We love them. No issues for shipping even with a big pond between us. Product is everything describe.

Ordered the knife sharpener. The shipping tracker stopped giving updates after 10 days and showed no progress toward delivery. After complaining to Novara, they simply sent a link to the tracker and insisted it would be delivered shortly. I asked why then were there no updates on the shipping tracker for 10 days? They simply sent the link to the shipping tracker and again insisted it would be delivered shortly. I don't believe they ever looked into why the shipment suddenly made no progress for 10 days and their responses were very dismissive. Not happy with this lack of customer service. I don't recommend this company.

Absolutely dreadful. I have tried contacting customer service loads of times and they just don’t reply. I was trying to cancel an order when I realised the postage was from overseas and took weeks! I’m still trying to cancel something but now have an email to say it’s dispatched a week after placing the order with a 2 week delivery notice!!! I don’t want it and will have moved by the time it arrives so I’m not happy and definitely buyer beware of this company if you have any issues.

Shame delivery and customer service were “slow and sketchy” but happy with the items.

Pan ordered is about as non stick as sellotape. Absolute garbage. Not able to retrn item astheir return policy is to ignore emails.
Steer clear of these grifters

I should have looked on Trustpilot before purchasing from this company.
I am waiting for another pan I ordered on 23/11/25.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE AND SELL PRODUCTS.
Send the pan I ordered OR refund my money IMMEDIATELY. Absolute shambles of a company.

What an appalling company, customer service non existent. Product that has been received is the worst frying pan I have ever owned, despite continually seasoning pan after use everything sticks to it. Yet to get a fried egg out of the pan without it breaking. Still not received the pot and seem to be getting the same response as others “ we split the delivery to ensure security’ Now three weeks since ordered. Don’t waste your money, you have been warned.

Ordered item and never arrived. Customer service say that Yodel have delivered through my letter box but I don't have a letter box. Customer service not interested and say to deal with Yodel. Avoid at all costs, it is a sham.

The product is as described a great frying pan and once seasoned is non stick.
Communication is very good and Samantha responded to a question quickly and politely .
