Not worthy of 1 star to be honest - SCAM.
Brought items, eventually arrived from China. Wont connect, initially finds the tag but 15 seconds later flags up an error and contact supplier.
Supplier did respond blaming Apple for an ios update, they say they will pass on to the technical department.
I think after a month of chasing this i have really given them a fair change to prove themselves.

Tags have gone in the bin, where they belong.

Spot on works great with iPhone I was impressed

Scammers!!! Their product is a total junk! Chinese rubbish!! It does not work and customer service does not help you nor reply to your emails. Stay away from this website and their products.

I bought this product from the company website...Thought from Sweeden Europe, but at the end of the day it was dispatched from China. 14 days waiting period. Received the parcel non of the tracker working, like dead. It seems like a major scam. Big fraud. Never order anything from this website. My big mistake I didn't check the Trust Pilot earlier. WARNING

Scam stay away I bought 4 of them they came from China in 40 days and none of them could be paired with my IPhone no after sales service at all!!

This is a massive scam !!
Bought pack of 3 that arrived from China and none work, started to do some investigations and the company not even registered in Sweden is all Chinese scammers, they did answer emails until parcel arrived after nearly 3 weeks of placing the order , since then asking for refund and address to sedn it back no answer !! BIG SCAMMERS

I wouldn't have even rated 1 star i put one on my bike it doesn't work it give me a massive radius which isnt helpful if my bike got stolen plus most of the time it says it has trouble connecting very bad product, safe to safe I won't be telling people about it and tracker will go in the bin!

Very bad firm and their goods do not work. Dont use your money there. I have returned but they kept the money. Very bad.

Bought a tag on sept 22nd and received it on the 10th Oct. The tag doesn't work.
I have written to the company a number of times without any response. I have asked for help fixing the tag or replacing it and also for a refund. They just take your money and do not respond to your emails. Also, their phone number is not connected as I've tried calling them too.
Don't buy from this company

Og ingen af dem virker, så hvis du ikke velspillende dine penge så find en anden, kan købes hos Aliexpress til 1/3 af prisen, men nok ikke vigtigt hvis de ikke virker, har skrevet til kunde service, for 14 dage siden men heller ikke hørt fra dem, så undlad at spilde penge.

Do not buy that scum. Cannot connect to iPhone 14, service is just sending manual which I have, they are useless. They are cheating people, the other information is on their website site, the other things they do.

Trackgopro does not connect with Iphone 15 Pro. This seems to be a scam brand. Not worth buying under any circumstances. Real Apple Airtags work flawlessly.

Totally agree with al the negative reviews. Bought one on advice from our local police force but have never got it to connect through iOS!
Have sent two emails to them with no response, not even an acknowledgment!
Looking to return for a refund but by the time you pay postage to Switzerland I’ll probably end even more out of pocket!
I have two AirTags which work seamlessly and will now cut my loses and get another one.
At least I can still use the key fob😂

I ordered two trackers, and only one actually worked. I followed the manual to the letter, trying multiple times, but it still didn’t work. Support was completely useless they just sent me the same manual I had already tried. No solution, no help, just total ignorance. This product is unreliable and the support is pathetic. Save yourself the headache and buy an Apple Air it actually works and comes with real support.
