No refund and no merchandise

When paying at checkout I didn't get the notice showing it had been paid and told to continue which I did. Within a few hours I saw there were 2 pending payments for the 1 product I bought. I emailed Saker within the 24 hour time scale and cancelled 1 order, explaining the error. They emailed back very quickly offering a 5% discount refund but if not they would refund my payment. I rejected the 5% discount explaining I wanted only 1 of the product and that I wanted the refund. I heard nothing else from them and 6 days later the money came out of my bank account. I have sent several emails to which they have not replied. Also I am unable to track the delivery of the order I wanted because I have no tracking number.
I feel totally ripped off and think this company is disgraceful. I am going to speak to my bank in the hopes they can recoup my money.
The phone number on their site is invalid so I was not able to speak to anyone in customer services.

I’m extremely disappointed with the…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I contacted the company regarding a refund and provided all the necessary information, but I have not had any response despite multiple attempts to follow up.

Good communication is the minimum you expect when dealing with a dispute, yet I’ve been left with no updates, no acknowledgement, and no resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I’m now in a position where I will have to escalate the matter further, which could have been avoided had the company simply replied and addressed the issue professionally.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company based on my experience so far.

I bought a set of 200ft multi coloured…

I bought a set of 200ft multi coloured lights from them I chased my order many times and eventually they came after waiting 6 weeks
I installed them and 48 hours later they went off I have emailed them twice and had no response
So I guess I can say goodbye to any replacement or a refund of the £70 from them
Will never use them again

Order not arrived and poor communication

Ordered an item on 26th November as a Christmas present. Still not received it, I've emailed customer service and got a very quick automatic reply saying the item is out of stock. I then replied asking for a refund if it was unlikely to be delivered before Christmas and haven't heard anything since...worried this could be a scam.

Incorrect product received (inferior)

I purchased a set of smart scales with a full digital display on the left on 15/11. Chased several times as long delay in dispatching. They did respond eventually. Arrived today 10/12 and it is not the product that I ordered. It is digital scales but only displays small range nutritional value The product received is inferior and I am really disappointed.
I have asked for a returns label and a refund.

I would not buy again.

I have sent an email with all the details. The item still advertised has 19 nutritional elements, you sent me one with 4. Not remotely the same.

Poor Communication

Goods not received!

Ordered a pair of socket extensions more than two weeks ago. Order acknowledged but have not received any communication since and my e mail has been ignored. The money was taken immediately. Is this a scam? Not happy !
