Garbage is as garbage does complete piece of crap batteries are worn out won't charge 2x phones 2x sim cards. It's an ugly brick with a worthless case that doesn't protect screen at all had flip phone... Zobacz więcej

Sky Devices Elite D65 received for $14.95. Basic, slow phone with android go. Does have a replaceable battery. Phone support is not even listed on manufacturer website

Pathetic experience with sky after made me 1 hour on hold they said they cant cancel the contract as they are facing some tech issues due to which i was not getting the cancelling code on my mobile. in the end some asian guy hangup on me so annoying dnt ever buy a phone from sky. worst customer service aswell.

This phone absolutely bites azz

This phone absolutely bites azz. People can't hear you on speaker and I can't hear them with speaker off. Camera sucks. Try to submit proof like your id to someone, nope not happening. Can't do video calls because they can't see nor hear you. The phone itself is slow. Turns off by itself a lot. I bought it because I already had a POS but this one is the same if not worse

The Sky phone I received is terrible

The Sky phone I received is terrible. I only have used it a few days, it is freezing up, super slow I can be online reading on a post and it just goes dark. Restarting it does not help, very disappointing. Sending review not working, wow

Sorry, but not sorry 💩

This is my 2nd lifeline phone, because I complained about the speaker with my 1st. I am grateful for lifeline, but the same thing happened within 2weeks. It's annoying, just have use Bluetooth. THIS is the deal breaker, someone HACKED my bank account, says from MIAMI. I found out that my phone brand SKY DEVICES headquarters is in MIAMI!!!! coincidence? I don't think so. I'm making a police report!

Diary of a Mad Sky Device "Customer Support"...

Hey, All! So sorry to hear about your dreadful experiences!! I know mine has been No Picnic since I returned to using an Android device, but Nothing was Ever This Bad! I obviously just chose the Wrong Device! My experience with a Skypad device may be going downhill, as of today. My adapter broke (first one to Ever break on me),& I can't find Any replacement!! I'm just here watching my battery go to Blazes, & can do Nothing about it. There's No customer support,at all! I have a Skypad 10 tablet. Does Anyone know where I can get a replacement adapter? Also, when I bought the tablet (for $25 from a vendor who came to our building), he set it up with their service before he gave it to me. At the time, I expected it to be with our state's Lifeline free internet service, but it wasn't! It was through some other service who began to Charge me!! So, I signed up for the Lifeline service right away, turned OFF the Other service (through settings), & connected the tablet to Lifeline. Then, right away that other service started texting me that they weren't getting their 2nd payment, & the service was off on the tablet. I said, "Yes, I know. I've signed up with someone else who Doesn't Charge, & I Won't Need Your service, anymore!" Unbelievably...they actually Kept On texting me to try to Convince me to Stay with Them (As If there was Ever Any contest)! They eventually stopped texting after awhile. I didn't block them so I could see exactly what they were going to do, which was Nothing! I was Never Charged again! My tablet works fine. I just need another adapter. I have Several adapters in my tech bag, but amazingly None will Fit! I believe the Sky device people Purposely Use an adapter with an Unusually Wide plug head so we'd Only be Able to Buy from Them!! I'll keep looking, but if Anyone knows of an adapter that fits a Skypad 10, please let me know,here. Thanks much!! Nikki M.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. I was got a Sky Pad 10max. I was told it came with a "protective cover". Upon attempting to remove this cover so I could use my new tablet with a tablet stand, the ENTIRE TABLET SPLIT IN TWO and my microchip came flying out. I then went to the SKY website and emailed them. NO RESPONSE. There is NO PHONE NUMBER, NO "LIVE CHAT" as they say there is on their "support" page. And now, I am stuck with a broken piece of JUNK. I am extremely upset. Thank you, US govenment for AGAIN giving your business to CHINA!!!!

Sneaky sky

One star is too much. I've been trying to buy an ipad for days. Now not bothering. 4 phone calls and they still can't get my delivery address correct. Relented and spoke to an advisor who said she would go through the process to check. Yet again went through the process with her but her final basket figure was a lot more pcm than my basket showed. Turns out in the small print where u think you are signing up for 24 or 36 months you are in fact signing up for a 48 month contract.

Turns our the 24 or 36 option is just how soon u can swap. You have to read the small print to find the fact that actually where you think your signing for 36 months its actually 48.

I've been with sky since the year it started. Now looking to take my phone and TV elsewhere. Not bothering with the ipad now!!!!!

This is sneaky of sky so has made me miss trust them now checking my phone and TV contracts to see if they did thst there too

Truth is this Sky 10 tablet is…

Truth is this Sky 10 tablet is absolutely no good and I cannot find a number to contact sky to have it discontinued. Wonder if I take a hammer to it if it will shut off my service. I cannot find a way to talk to anyone to shut off this service. Never experienced anything such as this but I wouldn't touch another device from sky under any circumstances. If anyone out there knows how to contact and have my service discontinued, please please let me know. This is ridiculous and I need help. Please someone out there help me.

NEVER GET THIS, EVER.

Wish I could give -1,000,000 stars. Phone has 32 gb of ram but 24 gb is being used by the system. like are they installing spyware so they can see what the hell im doing, like they want to see me jack off that badly... and not to mention the performance is below horrendous. Games cant even run properly without the phone lagging out every 10 minutes. Just typing this review right now is lagging the phone like crazy. Not to even mention at all that the system even stops working when i go from one screen to another too fast. Please, whatever you do, NEVER EVER get this phone, even if you are on a budget. Every other mobile phone manufacturing company should take notes on what never to do. Please. dont buy this. And sky devices, Go screw yourselves for this.
