It has helped so much in contacting, corresponding & confirming service with our service customers when they can't be reached by phone call.

We love utilizing this service to create better communication amongst our team and business customers! The staff with text request has been enjoyable to work with, too.

We have had a great experience with Text Request. The app/ site is user-friendly, the features of it are very useful, like sending auto-replies, scheduled texts, and auto-signature. The customer service and all the reps have been top-notch!

Overall Text Request has been great for our company. The only two things I would like to see improved is the amount of texts it takes with 1 emoji used. We are a company and want our messages to be vibrant and inviting, however we had to scale it back because of how many texts it takes to use them. The other thing I would like to see added is on additional options to the scheduled messages. Maybe allow us to repeat daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Sales is great. Organization is so-so. We signed up for integration only for another charge we were not aware of. Very pricey for only a texting service.

This company expertly and quickly, got us through the compliance issues we all face in this new texting world. Thank you for making us believe that "ease of use"

Text Request is better than our previous program. The support is amazing, and the templates are great. The training modules won't let you skip one if you don't use that service/feature, so it always looks like you have training to do. But it is simple to learn to use. The only other issue is they limit the number of characters per text rather than having just one text, you can be charged for 3 when it's on all the same text.

Text Request at its core does exactly what it is supposed to do without a lot of overhead or training required.

The advanced features, which we don't subscribe to, are robust and capable, but aren't something that our organization is ready to expand into. It is good to know that the options are available should we decide to expand.
