Guy, sorry to hear that the 10DLC registration has been taking longer than expected. I've reached out to the success and support team, they are still working on it actively.
Best decision we made
We used another company for texting and didn't get the results we were hoping for. We switched to Text Request 6 months ago and the results are like night and day. There are so many options depending on your needs. The onboarding process was simple and the staff are great!

From the start...
Our office has been using Text Request for about a year now I believe. From the start, getting information regarding what they have to offer and pricing, to initial training, the customer service has been great. The different plan levels offer pricing options as well as features you can add on alone without having to move a level up altogether and pay for features you wouldn't use. I always have received prompt responses and pertinent information when I have had a question or issues. Being able to send and receive text messages has saved so much time when sending appt. reminders, and the patients definitely love the option of text for communications. All in all it has been a great experience.

It is easy to use
It is easy to use and works as designed. Only thing I wish is it was easier to create a customized group of people to send a group text to.

Text Request - Streamlined Marketing
I use Text Request weekly for marketing for my department. It has made texting clients much more streamlined, as we can separate clients into segments and market accordingly. It makes mass texting with clients much more efficient.

Great blend of reasonably priced features
Text Request offers a great blend of features at a reasonable price. Other services we looked at wanted to charge us right off the bat for a sweat of features we aren’t sure we’ll ever use. Text Request offers plans that let us start with basics allowing us to grow in the other features over time, or not.
We recently had to switch voice carriers which was a pain. Text Request’s customer service was great and kept us informed as they worked to get us back online. Which is a lot more than I can say bout our voice carrier.
I would recommend Text Request!

25% surcharge while waiting for 10DLC approval is bad business
Platform and onboarding were good. The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of the 25% surcharge while I am waiting to get the 10DLC approved. I filled out the information BEFORE I had my number ported - doing everything I need to do on my end, and now I'm paying extra waiting for approval on your end. The surcharge should not be there for people who have submitted their information and are waiting for the 10DLC approval

Great App!
It is a very user friendly application, I've struggled with figuring out some stuff in regard to mass messages but overall I love it and my company wouldn't not be able to function without it!
