The quality is shockingly bad .. cheap plastic tat.
They say they will refund when return received in Australia but will they? Potentially I could lose another £50 spent on postage.

Simple Light for My Desk

I ordered a small lighted tree for my desk. It did arrive on time. The glow is warm and steady, yet it does not look just like the pictures. Still, it creates a nice mood as I work. I switch it on during late evenings, and it really softens the space. Overall, it works well for what I needed.

Do not use Twinkling Tree.

I placed an order with Twinkling Tree, then realised how bad their reviews were. I cancelled the order, was promised a refund, all I get now are emails promising to address my issue, stating they will be in touch within 48 hours, which of course they do not keep to.

I have received no refund, no goods, just emails promising a response.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL..

Helpful Light for Late Work

I ordered the vine style light set for my study area because I wanted to have softer moods during the late writing hours. Shipping took around two weeks, which was fine. When I put on the lights on the wall, the glow looked gentle and warm. A bit similar to candlelight, it feels like, making the room calmer. Now I use it each night since the brightness of the light is low enough that it will not strain my eyes. Not fancy but it gives the relaxed tone that I was hoping for. I think that it also allows me to focus more since the feeling of the room is less harsh and more settled.

Cozy Evening Light

The lights were well-packed and easy to set up. The warm glow made my living room feel calm right away. It is simple but pleasant. I like switching it on at night when I want a quiet and relaxed space.

Try to get a refund...they suddenly stop replying.

What was ordered & received was not what the photos depicted. The wreaths were totally plastic tat, the olive branches looked more like eucalyptus. They offer a full refund - if you pay for postage back to their Australian head office or you can get a 50% refund & keep the tat you were sent. I requested the refund & , guess what, they have stopped responding. Fortunately I paid via PayPal & they have taken on my request for a full refund.

Buyer beware

I ordered two products from Twinkling Tree: the Starlit Starburst Light (6) and the Fairy Light Spirit Tree. The Spirit Tree was easy to set up and is working well, but all 6 of the Starlit Starburst lights functioned for only one night. On 3 subsequent nights they only lasted for half an hour. As I live in central Texas, there is ample sunlight to recharge the solar cells but this isn't happening.
I contacted TT customer support three days ago but have not heard back. While looking into my return/refund options on the self-help page, I discovered that returns need to be sent back to Australia at my expense! As the items cost me $74 before tax, I doubt whether it will be worth my time and money.
Based on my shopping experience, my warning to prospective USA buyers is to be aware of the return requirements and the questionable quality of Twinkling Tree products.

I would not even give one star….
I have ordered several items beginning on November 27 ….There is only one item ordered since November 27 that is being shipped. I have canceled my orders and asked for refunds.
They do have a lovely website and i believed i could get some lovely holiday decor but as of today, wont have them in time to decorate for the holidays as they haven’t even shipped.

I was very excited to get my tree ~ big disappointment

I was very excited to get my tree. According to the website, the regular price is $80 and it was on sale for 50% off so I paid $30. The quality is crap. I had to tape the bottom to keep the plastic battery holder in place and the actual tree is so wobbly that the lights turn on and off every time it moves …also ~ the covering of the berries has already cracked and started falling off and I just received it yesterday. I did contact the company, but they couldn’t be bothered. They just said they’d forward it to their quality people…I am very, very disappointed I would not recommend this tree to anyone ~ it is not even worth $30.

Two stars is being generous

Two stars is being generous! The lights took weeks to arrive - it’s not clear when ordering that the company is based in Australia. When they arrived they were of a far inferior quality than shown on the website, and certainly not good enough to give as a gift. Very amateurish assembly, no green leaves and polystyrene berries that immediately started to fall off. The company say that they will not issue a refund unless I return them at my own expense to Australia. The alternative is a 50% refund and keep the goods. What a joke!

FAKE REVIEWS

So glad I read these reviews. I will not buy from this horrible company. The positive reviews are fake. If you notice, they all have similar wording and descriptions. As well, if you look up some of the pics used as their profile pics, they are stock photos from the internet.

AVOID at all costs

Waited over a month to receive two "Glistening glow red berry garlands" and a small lit tree.....what a rip off. Cheap, poor quality plastic, absolutely shocking, nothing like the images in the marketing/advertising. I am kicking myself for buying before reading the reviews. Better quality from a well known cheap online bargain shop......DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Total rip off.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT BUY

I bought the twinkling olive branch. It took forever to come and the tracking was awful. When it did arrive I was totally underwhelmed. The quality is appalling and nothing like the images on their website. It’s a crappy ‘made in a cheap Chinese factory’ item at best. The images show it stretched out and full; the actual product is creased and all bunched up.

Sadly you either have to pay to return to Australia to get a refund or accept 50% refund and keep the item. Disappointed and disgusted. I just hope this review prevents other people from wasting their money.

Noxious fumes.

The product does NOT look at all like the photo. The photo is fake. The product is super cheap plastic and is emitting a noxious fume. Likely formaldehyde. It is bright green, ugly plastic and is not Christmas-looking at all.

Do not purchase anything from this company, you cannot get in touch with any customer support. They only communicate via their stupid form or email, and I purchased one item and ended up with six items that I paid for that I didn’t order and I have been trying to get them to refund my money, but I can’t get in touch with anyone so I would definitely would stay away from this company. It is a scam they should be put out of business!!!

Beware... products are nothing like the website photos

I wish I had seen these reviews on here before I ordered.
I received the 'Blissful Bright Dandelions' which are anything but blissful 😡
They look nothing at all like the photos on the website and I have been utterly mis-sold.
I contacted Twinkling Tree who asked me to send photos which i did. I said I wouldn't be paying for postage back to Australia as the product was nothing like the photographs and I asked for a returns label.
Since then despite several emails and contact forms, I have heard nothing.
I have now raised a dispute with my card provider and will be taking this matter further as the customer service is non existent and their products are beung mis-sold.
