Booking system for our Pony Club grounds

Fairly easy to navigate around but if any help needed this can be found online. We use this for a booking system and find it great for this purpose.

Worth the $

I've used ycbm for years and love it. It is an extra expense, but completely worth it for the great options. My favorite option is being able to manage my availability in my calendar by adding Events (e.g. "Office Hours") rather than creating set hours in the ycbm interface. I tweak my availability daily. Customer service has been responsive and helpful.

Great Program, but Harder to navigate now

TBD, YCBM was better before....now, everything is locked and getting harder for me to manage my Partner's calendars. BUT, I still love it but there is a learning curve to set it up.

Lots of issues

When it works it’s great.
Unfortunately when it doesn’t (which is most days now) it damages your business.

Lots of customers have money taken but the booking is not made. These show as uncaptured payments. Unfortunately because the customer receives a notification from the bank saying they have paid, they understandably think they have made a booking.
They turn up to either find someone else is already there or they get a ‘free’ session without realising it.
Either way we end up reimbursing the customer or loose out on the booking fee.

We have had to put a notice on our website to let people know of the issue, which is embarrassing and unprofessional.
Some customers pay attention and double check they have secured the booking, sometimes it takes them multiple attempts to secure the booking (so it looks like they’ve paid multiple times) other times they give up and we loose the booking.

We’re now also experiencing double bookings.

Today a customer tried to book and the bank took the money but there is no record of the attempt and no uncaptured payment.

You can book me ‘Annie’ is very polite and promises to look into it and says they are working on it.
However after a year of this being unresolved our patience is wearing thin.

We are loosing customers and money and yet no compensation is offered and no resolution is found.

It’s just not good enough.

Super easy to customize to my branding!

I've been using YouCanBookMe for a while now. I switched from another tool because they offer customer support even if you are on the free plan, and its super customizable. I like that I can edit my page to be a total reflection of my own brand, so I can provide a seamless and cohesive experience for my customers.

Customer help doesn't exist.

I started with the free trial and all going well with bookings into my calendar. Upgraded and from that moment it hasn't worked. I receive a message that I'm using features I haven't paid for and need to upgrade (I did) and client get a page saying the page is offline - not taking bookings. ChatBot was useless. I raised a ticket 5 days ago and have tried to contact the company.NO RESPONDS AT ALL. Will cancel and move to another provider. I Dont Recommend.

Tem sido ótimo utilizar a ferramenta em nossa instituição, agiliza demais nossa comunicação e organização com o agendamento das visitas mediadas; antes da implementação do app esse processo era feito via e-mail e muitas vezes a comunicação acontecia de forma repetida e um tanto lenta. Support Issues

Although YouCanBookMe has been great for most of the time I have used it with excellent features, I recently encountered an issue that I needed support to resolve. My original ticket, despite a claim of 24 hour response, was not answered at all for 5 days. Then it was answered inaccurately and was finally resolved on day 8. However, the resolution caused a different issue that took my booking pages completely offline and the ticket I opened for that was not resolved until 2 days later. The ONLY way to reach support is through email and then you are at the mercy of when they decide to respond. There are no other options for getting help from them. Their online guidance is weak and did not provide me a way that I could resolve the issue on my own. In the 2 days that my booking pages were down I was unable to bring in any new clients and existing clients were not able to book time with me without reaching out to me directly. I am disappointed with this experience and may not continue with them.
