They are clearly lying. I'm down £150 which is a significant amount so close to Christmas. Just a **** company that relies on shiny marketing, I would avoid them at all costs. Glorified thieves.

Non-stick failed quickly; customer service no help
I purchased the Large Always Pan and the Large "Perfect Pot" expecting long‑term performance from “premium” cookware. After a period of normal household use, both pans lost their non‑stick: eggs and everyday foods stick, and cleaning now requires soaking and scrubbing. I’ve always followed the care instructions: using oil/fats, only wooden/silicone utensils, and never washing while hot. I hand wash and they have never been in the dishwasher. I tried all the recommended restoration steps (boiling water, overnight soak, bicarbonate + vinegar). Nothing restored the coating.
I supplied photos and a detailed account to customer service. The response focused on the 1‑year warranty, and I was told that non‑stick deterioration after ongoing use is considered wear and tear. No replacement or refund was offered beyond a small discount to buy a new pan. Given the price, I expected the pans to be durable and to remain fit for normal cooking for far longer. My experience with both items suggests the coating doesn’t last, and the lack of a practical resolution from support was disappointing.
I can’t recommend these pans based on durability and after‑sales support.

No customer Support
i realise i chose wrong colour on my wonder oven order. foolishly i thought i could just give them a call and get it sorted but there is noone to call, only an email address with an ezt 48hr response time. i then read that there is no definite timeframe for delivery which was a wtf! moment, esp given amazon couldve had the oven here tomorrow. at this point, i decided to look at trustpilot to see how the company is rated. the usa arm seem fab, the uk is shite. No confidence that i will get the right colour oven, soon, or that any issues will be competently handled, i have now requested the whole transaction be cancelled and refunded. Given the order is pending this should be straightforward, but seems unlikely. Maybe they'll surprise me

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have sent 3 emails & completed enquiry sheets in the last month regarding the ‘wonder oven’ and have received absolutely nothing back.
No trust & Confidence in this Company at all.

Everything Sticks, Even Eggs!

They replied to my review both here and on Instagram, asked for my details and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.
I uploaded this review on their website but seems like they never posted it.
This pan is expensive and definitely not nonstick, so I really don’t think it should be marketed as one. I tried making stir-fried rice noodles tonight, and they stuck badly, leaving a burnt smell and a layer of charred noodles. I ended up switching to my Our Place Always Pan, but the noodles stuck to that one too.
The problem is I now have to soak both pans for hours before I can clean them properly and use them again. One of the reasons I bought this pan was because I thought I could just put it in the dishwasher — but that didn’t happen, and here’s why. The small circular patterns on the titanium pan aren’t flat, and even with the brush they provided, it’s really hard to clean. In the end, I still had to wash it by hand.
The burnt bits leave marks, and I’m not even sure if that residue might carry over into the next meal. I’m honestly a bit concerned it could be harmful.
Right now, I only have Our Place pans, so I guess I’ll need to invest in a truly nonstick one for dishes like this. And just to add — even frying a sunny-side-up egg causes sticking. It’s okay for cooking meat or veggies, but it’s far from perfect. For the price, I really expected better quality.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Dreadful customer service, awful pans, had to send each item separately. I had bought the set so it took me 5 journeys to the post office to get everything sent off as I don’t drive. And now that they have received the goods back, total radio silence. I don’t think I have ever been this frustrated in my entire life. No live chat, no phone number, they don’t accept messages on IG and they are not responding to any of my emails. Ezra in customer service sounds like an AI bot and not a human being. They owe me around £450. Bunch of crooks!! Please do NOT buy from this company. Their pans stick and they do NOT care about their customers. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

If I could I'd put 0 stars, if you want your order delivered within 4 months don't even bother I placed an order back in January got an email saying I won't receive anything until May and now I've received a follow up that I won't be receiving anything until June and after that God knows when, they're not cheap I've spent alot of money and I'm absolutely fuming, there's no one to directly complain to. Don't shop here!!!

Received the pot
We finally received the pot. It was in excellent condition. It’s beautiful. Just took a really long time to get. So long that we ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Then when we found out it was not arriving until late February we decided it would be a birthday gift for early March. Well march was around the corner and my partner was still thinking it was a scam and was going to cancel on Amex. But I said to call them. He did and spoke with a very nice gentleman who explained why their stock had been so low. He said our pot was definitely coming. And it did, it arrived just days before the birthday. I have erased my partners review and replaced it with this one.

Wonder oven - marketing gimmick
EDIT - the response below is a lie. They never reached out to me. I still have this faulty product. It has since set on fire so we no longer use it
Wonder oven - complete waste of money.
It just is a massive waste of money if you want an air fryer. It doesn't even air fry very well, everything gets stuck in the pans/gratings and they're impossible to clean. The food does not come out crispy or how you'd expect. I went from another very famous brand of air fryer to this and it was the biggest waste of money for my kitchen and I regret choosing this one massively. I wish I had looked at the trust pilot reviews rather than the website, I feel like a lot of their website reviews are faked compared to here.
I got it as a gift which I specifically asked for over another brand and I cannot get a refund on this. As soon as I can afford to replace it, it is going straight in the bin. It's useless. AVOID the marketing gimmicks, it literally functions worse than a £20 supermarket air fryer I had at university.
EDIT - we have now discovered this has started tripping the electrics in our kitchen so I am now seeking a refund

Poor customer service -avoid
I placed an order for a pan on 10 January which was supposed to be delivered by end of January. It is now the end of January and I have heard nothing. I have just emailed them asking what has happened to the order and received auto response saying they are "currently experiencing a high volume of emails.....". I imagine a lot of people are dissatisfied. I have not even received and update about my order. Very poor customer service and products are not cheap. They hold on to your money but do not deliver. Avoid.

I purchased a set of four pans (including 2x Always Pans 2.0 and 2x Perfect Pots2.0) for £330. Although this was a significant investment, I decided to make the purchase based on all the glowing reviews, expecting these pans to last for years. Unfortunately, just weeks after starting to use them—and after following the care instructions to the letter (e.g., avoiding high heat, allowing the pans to cool before cleaning, always washing by hand)—the non-stick coating began to deteriorate significantly.
Another major issue is the handles: they become dangerously hot during cooking, to the point where you risk burning your hand if you're not careful. This is completely unacceptable for cookware, especially given the price.
Despite these issues, I decided to persevere. However, recently, while gently searing a tuna steak, the pan's coating became severely damaged with a large brown stain, and the tuna stuck to the pan. I reached out to customer service to explain my concerns (even though I was just outside the one-year return period), only to receive a generic, copy-and-paste response. They basically accused me of not following the care instructions and blamed me for the damage, refusing to take responsibility for what I believe is a faulty product.
I'm incredibly disappointed and now wish I had invested in Le Creuset pans, which I know would have lasted a lifetime.
I also attempted to leave a review on their website to warn others, but there was no option to submit a review. It seems they only display positive reviews or selectively choose which ones to publish. This gave me the impression that they are trying to suppress any negative feedback.
I feel completely misled by their marketing and want to warn others to avoid this brand. It’s better to invest in cookware from a more reputable company where you can expect quality that lasts.
Please, don’t make the same mistake I did.
PLEASE READ - AVOID OUR PLACE. NO CS, NO SUPPORT, NO DELIVERY
Firstly, I think I've exercised a lot of patience & tried to be understanding to Our Place, but after over 2 weeks, enough is enough -
I feel like this is one of those companies that feed off viral reviews & hype, but in practice they can't deliver on what they're advertising. You're misled that a product is good/in stock/exists based on some D-list celebrity or influencer who's probably been paid off for a good review, whereas in reality you're dealing with a sham company that can't deliver what they promised.
Alarm bells include there being no web chat option, no phone number & just a contact us page & email to get through to someone. Based on the one interaction had with a 'CS' agent, I suspect it was an automated bot. They're more than happy to post all over Instagram & reply to the positive comments, but you leave anything else & they'll ignore you. For the record, I've tried their CEO, Instagram chat & email support, and from all of that I've received 2 replies, none that are anything more than a standard template or bot reply.
I made the mistake of ordering directly from their UK site over 2 week ago & despite DPD saying an order has been created, nothing has been received by them - if DPD haven't received anything, then the fault is with Our Place, who clearly love their products so much, they'd rather keep them in their place then have them in mine.
Thankfully I paid with a credit card, & I now have now started a chargeback for all £200.00 & in future will actively discourage anyone who mentions they might consider buying from them. This was meant to be a birthday present, but based on the reviews of other people, I think we probably dodged a bullet with having to deal with them in future.
The way I see it is, if a company is not there for you at the ordering stage, what hope do you have if you ever have an issue with the product?
Finally, and this is purely my opinion, but if a company is quick to take your money but doesn't reply to delivery questions & is deliberately delaying things, the safe bet is they are struggling financially & are using the money from the orders to prop the business up, knowing they'll never fulfil them & squeezing every last penny before they shutdown & you're left in a queue trying to get your money back
Order at your own peril, & pay with a credit card so when they do try to screw you over, you can get your money back. Don't fall for the hype!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying, anyway buyer beware. The Griddle Pan doesn't fit in a standard UK oven.
Avoid avoid avoid
The color of the pants looks so, so different from the website. Hence, I didn't like them, which I thought it was OK and I could easily return it. It's been two weeks now, and every single day I'm sending an email to them telling them that I cannot raise any return labels on their website. There is no telephone number. There is no human being that you can talk to. They take ages to reply to any emails. And when they do, they don't even reply to the inquiry that you made. They just repeat something like a robot, and that's it. They don't even read your emails properly. I've been explaining to them over seven different emails that I cannot raise any return labels, yet they just keep on telling me that they are sorry and that's it. I asked them so many times that all I need them to do is to send me the return label. Yet, after two weeks of back and forth emails, still nothing. Next thing I'm going to do is to contact my credit card company and get my money back that way, as they are no use. They are good to take your money, but when it comes to returning and refunds, they're not there. They act dump till you give up. But i won't give up.
QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT
Im a bit bemused by the reviews on here as my experience has been extremely positive. I have made several orders for myself and for gifts and customer service has always been excellent.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. A damaged lid was reported, and they refused to replace until the damaged one was sent back and inspected; despite showing photos and explaining a. we no longer have the packaging to safely pack and return the lid and b. we could use the packaging from the replacement lid to return the damaged one. Without this its likely to get to them with even more damage and the replacement refused as it happened in transit as others have experienced. Given the size of the order you would think that would exercise common sense. Shame as if there was a local store I would return the whole lot out of principle. Good luck to anyone that runs into difficulties with the product.
