The ‘non-stick’ claims made for this pan simply don’t match up to our experience. Fish skin sticks like glue, traces of egg remain after cooking omelettes and so on. In other respects we love the pan, albeit on the heavy side. It’s versatile and stylish but the big hope we used to justify the high price was the non-stick abilities described on the website “ Just a teaspoon of oil unlocks perfect nonstick performance. Our ceramic nonstick coating lets food glide effortlessly (and it’s made without harmful chemicals).” I’d say this is misleading and therefore very disappointing in non-stick terms but great in every other way.

My new slow cooker , pressure cooker is beautiful and cooks wonderfully. Awesome products

Bought one for my daughter-in law. They like it. Fits well on counter.

Bought a set of the titanium pots & pans 2 large and two small, with the gold handles and top.

First impression look good and feel good, but all down hill from there.

The pans transfer heat well but too well. Handles get as hot as the rest of the pot

The gold or bronze colouring on the handles disappeared after a short while.

The knob on the top of the lids comes loose every use.

And the big one, 0 non stick, nothing. Pans are destroyers of all food. I’ve never had pans this bad. After doing some research, the pans need to be oiled in the same way as a cast iron pan, and oiled regularly. If I knew I had to do that I would have got one of those, a lot cheaper and better. Save your money, do more research and don’t believe “the gram” marketing.

I was very excited to purchase my ceramic pot and pan set. I waited for the “amazing “ Black Friday sale. I ordered then I noticed they were amazons regular price. I felt misled! When I notified them and asked to make it right the only response was I’ll pass your concerns along. They are going back!

I bought these pans in September for a move into a new flat. They were beautiful and worked well for 2/3 months. But now, the bottoms of the pan are rough and it's like bits are coming loose, causing my brand new ceramic hob being scratched.

Not happy with that! Will now be purchasing new pans from another brand.

I love your pans. I used the pan for 5 years before I had to order a second one.

We were so excited to buy these pans to use on our induction hob. The site claims that they are compatible but in reality they are not. I tried to boil water and after 10 minutes I gave up as it would not come to a full boil. (It takes 2 mins with regular cheap supermarket pan). I immediately requested a return as we spent a lot of money on a large set and they are simply not fit for purpose. I did get a couple of replies from customer service but no actual guidance on where to send them back to. The return form on their website also does not work. There is no phone number to call. I am currently stuck with 2 large boxes of pans in my kitchen and no way to returning our order them as they have stopped replying.

The items I've gotten here are phenomenal! Toxin free is how all cookware should be, but alas it isn't that way..... enter Our Place. I'm slowly replacing my mom's cookware now. I got my pieces over the last year...although I want a few more. I'm Mom's caregiver so I'm in charge of what I cook on, lol. I'm a huge fan of these high quality, easy maintenance, safe products!!!

Found nonstick coating on pans to be defective and barely lasted months. Was told it was due to user error (ya, using a pan is pretty complicated) and they would not warranty.

I was offered a discount an a replacement. So they make garbage and rely on repeat sales to replace their junk.

Don't waste your money on them! You can get the same performance out of dollar store items.

I honestly don’t know how this brand has hype. I spent good money on this pan, expecting “premium quality,” and after just a few uses it turned into the biggest joke I’ve ever seen in a kitchen. You literally can’t even fry an egg on this thing without it sticking like glue.

I followed every instruction, used low heat, hand-washed it, treated it like it was made of gold — and still, the non-stick coating basically died overnight. For the price they charge, this is embarrassing. I’ve bought £10 pans from the supermarket that perform better than this overhyped, influencer-backed nonsense.

Save your money. This pan is all marketing and zero performance. Never again.

I so wanted this pan to be the answer :-(. Unfortunately the always pan lost its non-stick after a few days. Nightmare for my everyday cooking. The customer care were very nice and I tried the suggested care tips but it didn’t improve performance and I’ve had to return the pan.

Well I've been waiting for a week for my pan to be delivered and these reviews Im seeing now are making me really nervous that I might be receiving a substandard pan. It's been saying my pan is out for delivery in my city for 3-4 days now. Im wondering if it is an Instagram scam. I really just wanted a good pan. I haven't even got it yet and Im worried. Not a good sign

Never disappointed with anything I get from Our Place. My faves so far are the titanium pro skillets and the wonder pro oven!

I had wanted an Always Pan for ages as the marketing was great, but the reality is I have much better pans for a quarter of the price in terms of longevity. I received this pan as a gift 2 years ago, and I made sure that anyone who used the pan used it with care. I have an induction hob, and never used the pan on high heat, I never used any metal on it and never put it through the dishwasher. It was about 1 month in and it already started to discolour and darken, so I’d spent time delicately cleaning it, then little chips in the none stick appeared and now it doesn’t none stick at all. It didn’t clean up well after some heavily baked in meals and I eventually had to put it through the dishwasher just to get a good clean on it. Now the paint is chipping off its outer shell and I don’t think it has much life left in it. It is a beautiful pan with a great concept, and a lovely size, I just wish it was a pan that would last longer due to how much it cost.

The always pan 2.0 is NOT non-stick. Lasted a little while and all recommended care was taken (I have a mini one with no problem) but the larger one is awful. Was 2 weeks out of the exchange window as I forgot to get in contact and all was offered was a measly $30 off. Would not recommend this product or company

Bought 2 "Always" pans which cost around £250, and the experience has been awful as echoed byy many reviews here. My non-stick pans became completely unusable after minimal, careful use – food sticks worse than a basic stainless steel pan. Both pans are in mint condition, hand-washed only, and used exactly as instructed, yet the coating failed almost immediately.

Customer service was even worse. Instead of helping, the rep dismissed the issue with generic policy talk and basically parred me off. No ownership, no solution, no replacement – just excuses about the return time frame. It's now apparent why the pans only have a 1 year return or replace window and not a lifetime one like other premium brands.

For a brand that claims to “stand by their products,” they’ve done the exact opposite.

Massively disappointed. Avoid, pay extra at Hexclad or just get a cheap pan and replace it often, this is a piece of trash marketed as a premium product. Bad product, bad service. AVOID!

Amazing after sales service and communication , fixed all my issues with my oven even though they were minor and I was way out of the warranty period.

We own most of their products and use them multiple time a day.
