SCAM
SCAM! It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it is not even remotely moving anywhere. They blamed it on the blackfriday situation - but everytime I reach out to them I get the same reply, it's like they don't even read when I say I want my money back, or can you please ship my products... they just say it's on it's way - which is not because I checked with DPD.
SCAM run away from this asap. Do not buy.

one star for siraatkitchen
I am giving one star since I cannot choose zero . Their customer service has no number , only email . they dont respond to emails as well. I asked them to cancel my order right after placing order . and sent few emails as well. They just ignored them all sent a pan ( my original order was for wok) . There is no detail for return.no invoice either . I already sent an email to support and waiting for response . I wont recommend this company at all . pl do your research

Excellent customer service, being very quick to respond to query. The frying pan itself meets all expectations, easy to use, lightweight and washes well. Have tried both eggs and fish and no sticking so I’m happy!

Missing components
Paid for a 5 piece set but only got 2 pieces. I have sent multiple emails over the past three weeks without a meaningful response and no resolution. They have lost my trust. Seems like a rip off. Greatly disappointed. Will be returning these and ordering from another vendor.

I recently picked up the Crepe Pan Pro, and I’m honestly shocked at how much it improved my breakfast routine. The batter spreads evenly, nothing sticks, and the pan heats up super fast. At this point i am highly concerned
At this point i am highly concerned. I placed order on 20th November today is 3rd December and tracking information states that only the label was created. Once i looked into the store info i found these reviews... i was shocked to see 46% bad reviews, one in particular noted that the pans are not sent from EU and an import tax will be applied... I decided to contact support both through email and messenger and i am not getting any replies. I can see they read my messages.. further investigating, they start to seem very very sketchy, they don't offer refunds for used pans etc, so if the pan underperforms - good luck.. people also complain about damage during shipping and they take month to act... i am begging them to cancel my order and they ignore me. I have no faith in this company now and i feel i got scammed.

Read reviews carefully before purchasing.
After reading the poor reviews and learning more about this company and their products, we tried to cancel our order within a few hours of order placement.
We received an email the next day stating that the order could not be cancelled as the order had been despatched (which I’m not sure about, as this was over the weekend).
We received the pan, and upon our first attempt to use it, it became apparent that the pan was not flat. There is a raised section of approximately 5mm near the centre of the pan. This means that the pan doesn’t heat or cook evenly on our ceramic cooktop, and the pan rocks from side to side.
We tried to reach out to Siraats kitchen approximately 24 hours ago via email but have not received a response. Our next step will be to open a PayPal dispute if no refund is provided.

Wederom een bericht ontvangen over een bestelde (hele dure) pan dat er een fracking code aankomt!!! Oftewel nog steeds niets! E-Mailadres klopt niet ..geen ordernummer NIETS!

I purchased one of their frying pans a…AWFUL!!!
I purchased one of their frying pans a few days ago. Followed instructions to the letter regarding heating the pan. Cooked two eggs which stuck to the pan, have tried a couple more times and the same thing happened again. No chance of a refund as the pan needs to be returned unused!!!
How can you be happy with a purchase when you cant try it first!!!
PLEASE BE AWARE! very expensive mistake!! 03.12.25 UPDATE!!!
I need to update my review. My opinion of the pan hasn't changed but I can't fault how my complaint has been dealt with. I have received a full refund from this company. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to James.

I was skeptical at first, but this pan has completely changed the way I cook. It’s lightweight, heats up quickly, and food just glides right off. Even eggs slide out effortlessly! I genuinely look forward to cooking now. Can’t imagine going back to any other pan after using this.
