Avoid This Brand – Total Waste of Money

I bought a fry pan and a pot from this so-called “Titancore” brand, and I’m extremely disappointed. There’s nothing on the products that says “Titancore” everything is written in Chinese. I seriously doubt these are made from real titanium; it feels like a complete scam.

The first time I used the fry pan, everything stuck to it, even with plenty of oil. It also stained badly and the marks can’t be removed. I’ve used far cheaper stainless steel pans from local stores in Australia that perform much better.

When I contacted customer support to return the items, they told me I’d have to pay for shipping back to China, it would cost me over $100 which is almost as much as the product itself. I requested that Titancore cover the return shipping since the items are clearly not as advertised, but they completely ignored my request.

So now I’m stuck with these dodgy pots and out of pocket. Do not buy this product. Save your money and buy from a trusted local brand instead.

I received the damaged and wrong pot, (a completely different pot then the one I ordered). Very poor quality, none of what they presented. I send them one email three days ago, I'm still waiting for an answer! Very disappointing!

Just did some research on this pan.. they also sell the same pans under different company name. I also saw this pan sold in ali-express for more than half the price cheaper. I was silly enough for not doing my research before getting it. Wasted so much $$$ on something that I truly dislike. The pan sticks like a stainless steel, and difficult to clean. I feel like I've been robbed and fooled by their fancy website. Let's see if they will respond to my email. Hopefully their service will make up for it.

... don't get tucked in by their smooth marketing. The quality is just not there. Scuffs inside ftom poor packaging and s tough burr on the rim.. rip off artists

I tried it out last night by sautéing chicken thighs. I got the pan good and hot, added olive oil, and put them in skin side down. After about 15 minutes, when I wanted to flip them, I expected that they would slide around. While they came off of the surface easily, it was not any different from some of my other pans I have. It did clean up easily, but the advertisement set an expectation that was not met.

The pot was just stainless steel. I expected it to be also titanium. The titanium pan was cheaply put together lid is loose handle spot welded on the outside.

I purchased the “Titancore Flip & Sear Set” (two pans and two flippers) and the “Pure Titanium Cutting Board” from get-titancore.com, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Be also aware they trade under other websites siraatskitchen and bravacocina
Misleading Advertising & False Claims:
The cutting board was marketed as “pure titanium,” supposedly bacteria and toxin free, and made from medical grade titanium. In reality, the product’s appearance and performance scream cheap knockoff. There is zero supporting documentation—no instructions, no material certification, no warranty, nothing. The pan was advertised as “A Pure Titanium pan” and “nonstick without coatings or chemicals,” but again, there’s no evidence it’s titanium at all. Both products look and feel like low-grade metal, not premium titanium.
Deceptive Company Practices:
The website pretends to be US-based, but the products ship directly from China. This is a classic bait-and-switch. The packaging is barebones, with no paperwork or proof of authenticity. The lack of any care instructions or guarantee is a huge red flag.
Product Discrepancies & Poor Quality:
• The cutting board is just a thin metal sheet (1mm thick), not a real cutting board. The size received doesn’t match any advertised dimensions.
• The board’s design is inconsistent with what’s shown online—different hole shapes, random engravings, and clear evidence that the same generic product is sold under multiple brands.
• One of the 2 pans is smaller than advertised, and the flippers are obviously not titanium. Their color is wrong, the handles are different, and they arrived scratched and damaged.
Customer Feedback & Scam Evidence:
Trustpilot reviews (excluding obvious fakes) overwhelmingly confirm this is a scam. Many customers report the same issues: misleading claims, poor quality, and nonexistent customer support.
Shady Customer Service:
After requesting a refund, I received a reply from a suspicious email address asking for photos—clearly a stalling tactic. I’ve escalated the case to PayPal and refuse to deal with the seller further.
Conclusion:
Everything about get-titancore.com screams fraud. The products are not as advertised, the company hides its true location, and customer service is a joke. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this site. Save your money and the headache—this is a textbook example of online deception.

Extremely disappointed. Bought 2 pans and a glass lid. Used one pan. It discoloured and food stuck even though I seasoned the pan as instructed. Lid does not fit pans I purchased.
Have emailed company several times for return and refund process...not heard back.

My delivery of items ordered was incorrect and I notified Titancore. After many emails and pictures of proof they sent the correct item to me and allowed my to keep an item I did not order, despite my offer to return the incorrect item delivered.
With patience and constant communication Titancore did come good and for this I am grateful and appreciative. If one does have issues with you order keep in constant touch with Titancore and they will, with time respond.

I still haven't received the product and yet they're badgering me for a review. This is it: I'm deeply unimpressed and unless it arrives very soon, I'll be petitioning to have my money back

Pour commencer, la livraison a pris des semaines, et j'ai reçu au fil des jours des dizaines de mails de mise à jour concernant l'état d'avancement de la commande. Ensuite, la poêle est arrivée dans un carton mou sans protection et il a fallu que je monte la poignée moi même. La qualité est mauvaise à l'oeil, il y a plusieurs inscriptions en chinois qui n'apparaissaient pas sur les photos de présentation, et surtout le fond est bombé et donc bancal sur la plaque à induction (dingue étant donné le prix...). La cuisson pose également problème : je n'ai pas encore réussi à l'utiliser proprement. Dernier problème majeur : je ne peux ouvrir aucun des liens ou site internet lié à la marque, tous sous bloqués par mon antivirus car reconnus comme suspects...

Food sticks like glue. Easier to use the old cast iron pan. It goes in the bin.

The worst experience ever, because I never got my pans!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the products that doesn't match the prices and far from the advertising. The Titanium Cutting Board it's small and is already full of cuts after one single use,and the Titanium Spatula has no name or any mark on it and the handle is very tin and already bended in a few places . And what is worse , my order was badly handled and sent another Titanium Frying Pan( when I already had one in my order)instead a Titanium cooking pot with Lid that was more expensive. I was not happy about it,and I asked for return, but they have a horrible customer service that replied once ,that they find my order is correct, and no other reply since ,and no phone number or any other way to contact them ,and now I am stuck with an order I am not happy with. I would absolutely no recommend to anybody to waste their money buying from this ghost company because what you will receive is way far below prices and expectations.

I didn’t have to wait long for my product to arrive, and when it arrived I was very happy. Thank you.
