WALK AWAY NOW!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND OF $709.66 FOR 6 MONTHS!!! I followed every step they required and they are saying that it was never received. But, the Post Office records indicate it arrived and was picked up! All I'm getting is automated emails that keep asking for the same information, which I have provided MULTIPLE times. There is NO customer service phone number to speak with a real person. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I would give a zero rating if I could!! The material is cheap looking and when you try to return the items they ignore you!!

Do not order from this company ! I recently purchased 3 dresses from this company. On receiving the items, the quality was poor and the dresses were different to what was advertised. I emailed asked for a full refund, at first, I was offered 30%, 50% then 70% and today 80% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund. In order for me to return the items I have to return at my own cost to America. This is not stated in the returns policy that returns are international

I have contacted the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline and have been referred to trading standards. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I wish I found people feedback before I ordered !

WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My elderly mother ordered from this company. She has tried to return an item that does not fit. NO RESPONSE to EMAILS, Total SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!! BBB needs to STOP their Business!

Actually I rated a minus 1. I received my order in a timely manner, however, the quality of the product was less than satisfactory. The garments I ordered were so thin you could actually see through them. I have contacted customer service on 3 different occasions with no response. They give you 30 days for a return, however, they require you contact CS to get, I assume a return order number. That's the catch, they do not respond in hopes that the 30 days will pass so there is no chance you could get a refund. This company should be closed down for bait and switch. I will never order again from them and steer anyone who inquires with me to do the same. UGH!!! So frustrating!!

I placed an order 10 days ago and the website shows it is on hold. Have not received any info from them to let me know why???

I ordered two pants from Azzlee. One pants was the wrong size and I did not like the material on either pair of pants. I’m trying to return the items. I’ve chatted online with people associated with this company and I have to join a club to be able to. get my refund I do not want to join this company.

Will not refund our money. Scam. Scum. Buyer beware.

One star because I actually received the dress. I see many customers have not. Flimsy material does not fit. Won’t reply to my request for return instructions. Shame on me for not checking these reviews first. Stay far away!

The garment does not match your sizing guidelines. This Company is a scam. A disgrace! The Dress is not the same as what I saw online. How can you lie straight in bed at night!! Scam scam scam!!

I have been ill and my husband was taking me on a holiday following treatment. Firstly my order didn't arrive in time for the holiday which was a disappointment. - When I contacted the company via email the reply was - "the order was delayed due to one item being out of stock and I would need to choose a replacement" .
Got home from the holiday and collected the mail from our local rural post office, I excitedly opened up the 2 parcels from Azzlee Australia.

DISAPPOINTED !!!!! -GUTTED
Frustrated at myself for not reading other peoples reviews. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

All 4 of the shirts are poor quality imitations of the photographs on line - one doesn't even fit.
The fabric isnt as stated online in the description either.
I can alter one shirt to fit. The other 3 will be donated to the op-shop in the hope someone else may be able to wear them.

Do not order from Azzlee. They took $129.91 from me and promised that I would get the items within 6-12 days MAX. Now on my Account it doesn't even allow me to check on the status. After a month. I received Nothing. I wrote to them again. Ladies I repeat AVOID AZZLEE they are a horrible, dishonest brand. I feel very mislead, taken advantage of and stolen from not a good feeling. NOPE. AVOID. I will go after them for all of you who have also been wronged. Thanks for reading.

They have $75 of my money and I have no shred of clothing. No response from the company at all. Total scam. 


Less than 1...ordered a beautiful ladies blouse shown on website. However, when it arrived it was a different shirt although the print was similar. I received what looked like a man's shirt. They requested i send pictures, of shirt, outside packaging, inside packaging, washing instructions tag, etc.and still they claimed I received what I ordered. I got so fed up, I accepted the $10. Credit they offered me and threw the shirt away. (Not even a shirt a man would wear) Do not order anything from Azlee!!!

Horrible horrible horrible ! Cheap product. Impossible to return. No phone! Never order anything from this shoddy company ! I’m unable to get a return label. Overcharged for a crappy piece of merchandise.

Do NOT attempt to make a return! Quality is pathetic. This company is despicable. There is NO phone number to call. NO customer service. NO real people. Only AI, which keeps requesting your credit card information, so they can charge you $5 to make a return, AND $55 MEMBERSHIP FEE!!! AZZLEE is a fraudulent company, and should be terminated.

So incredibly Disappointed beyond belief, I spent quite a bit of money on two jumpsuits for my Daycare thought it would be fun to wear, worn ONCE ONCE and both started to come apart at the sides in the middle, the seams 🧵 are coming apart, would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND
