We purchased a new Peugeot Hybrid 3008 from Autosphere in Ruffec.
When we collected the car the salesperson informed us of a problem with the central locking, but assured us it would be rectified when the workshop manager returned from vacation and completed the computer set up.
Sadly, and despite returning the car 6 times to the garage the problem was not solved. More than 2 months later no-one had contacted us to provide an update.
We asked for a meeting with the general manager to seek his assistance in finding a solution. He refused. He said the problem did not merit his involvement.
The salesperson also refused to provide updates.
Autosphere were happy to take the money but when it came providing customer support they were nowhere to be found.
They refused to accept any responsibility, stating it was a Peugeot problem.
What is the current situation? We don't know.
This negative experience has taken all the joy away associated with a new car and left us frustrated at the arrogant and unhelpful attitude of Autosphere.
Horrible. I saw the reviews and trusted my experience would be similar. I was wrong. I test drove a few cars, sent a mechanic out the following Monday to inspect the car. I wanted to put in an offer on a car with the sales floor manager, Gio. I texted, emailed and left two voice messages before he even replied. Mind you, before test driving the car, I'd heard from Gio several times. After, he finally called back, I put in an offer on a car. Gio claimed he was going to contact the car's owner about my offer and would get back with me. That was 6 days ago. I have not heard a word. Even if the offer wasn't accepted, the courtesy of a response is part of good customer service, which I did not recieve. I would never do business with this dealership and I suggest you don't either.
