Was having multiple issues with my broadband as well as haveing my account suspended without warning after complaining I was contacted by one of the managers called Clare who was extremely helpfull and sorted everything out as the company was having billing issues and just disconnecting customers Clare went above and beyond to get everything done it’s just a pity that connect fibre did not bother to inform its customers what was happening

The routing of my fibre cable to the BT pole was a little tricky, but the guys stuck to it in good humour. The installation inside and outside the house is very tidy. The speed at the router exceeds the 500mb promised and approaches it on the nearest laptop using the MLO channel.
I received good support when I needed to setup a dedicated 2.5GHz channel, albeit I had worked out how to do it in the meantime.
My only negative comment is regarding the HB610 router which I was told would give better coverage than my old one. This has not been the case as my printers have both lost connection to the network and refused to reconnect until I moved them adjacent to the router, which involved a fair amount of disruption.

Having talked to Connect Fibre engineers working locally, I logged an enquiry about the service and had a call from Paul Long, one of the sales team. I had a number of questions about installation in our old house and was unsure what level of service to choose. Paul answered all of my queries and discussed my service needs, without being pushy or "upselling". Overall an excellent service so far and I signed up with confidence.

What use to take 24 hours to down load now takes 5 minutes 😁😁😁 very happy. Fitter was Owen Harrison and engineer was Ammad Ahmed , thank you .

Very professional and friendly installation. Nelson and Owen turned up early and installed the system with minimum fuss. They made sure everything was explained and agreed before the install. Thoroughly recommended. Nelson confirm that I had signal around the house and also that the speed agreed was available. Connect Fibre have been very easy and professional to deal with and I now have 500Mbit download instead of my Sky 25Mbit!

My one year old pulled my cable out the wall I had no internet . I called the customer care team 10 minutes later then I had a a call back to say an engineer would be out that even or the next morning I can confirm they was at my property the next morning and solved the problem in 5 minutes amazing customer service very friendly and nothing was too much to ask !! Would never change my internet again best internet I’ve been with.
