Customer service are fabulous and try their very best to help although they can only do so much as they can’t talk to the engineers supplying the internet which is a shame as that’s where I had a problem

Great value and wicked technology. Cuckoo have been quite the asset over the last 12 months, the service has been very consistent. Only a handful of occasions where the speed dropped and only 1 or 2 occasions with actual downtime. But these lasted no longer than 10 to 15 minutes and were quickly remedied after a router restart.
My only criticism exists with the Dynamic IP addresses that is a symptom of the router. It can be annoying after a power outage to have trouble with devices re-connecting. This would not happen with a static IP. I hope Cuckoo look to resolving this.
Customer service is top notch, I had the pleasure of chatting with Alen. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke with a level of empathy for the customer that I have not witnessed with any other internet service providers customer service. Where most are quick to dismiss, Alen was fastidious to answer all questions I had and gave me great resolve for the issues I had.
Highly recommend the company, a true disruptor in the broadband space at the moment.

all fine when working but if something goes wrong, they don't want to know. was told an engineer was coming so took day off work. no one turned up so called in to be told that it was not guaranteed. asked twice to be raised as a complaint and did nothing.

I called Cuckoo support over the weekend and received a very helpful and knowledeable response from Nicholas. We went through the process of resetting the router and it appeared not to work, so he raised a ticket for Engineering. Within twenty minutes the router had connected back on to the internet.
Two days later I required an IT company to connect to my machine for some remote changes to be made. It would not connect. It turned out that the internet was stable enough to receive e-mails and for browsing but not for continuous connection.
I phoned Cuckoo again, and again my call was connected in moments. No endless queue and standard messages about how important my call is oir customers are our top priority, while you wait for twenty minutes and more to be connected.
This time I spoke to Vladimir, who was also knowledgeable and prompt to act. He checked the system for engineering reports and there it went downhill somewhat.
The engineers had diagnosed an unstable connection previously and that an engineer would need to come out and fix it. No one had contacted me about this. It appeared that they were waiting for another reported problem before taking action.
I was asked to nominate three days (am and/or pm) when I would be available for an engeer to call. I provide the dates but Cuckoo were not able to tell me which day it would be. Just that I would get a call 30 minutes before the engineer arrived.
I feel that the engieering response has let down what is an otherwise excellent service from the front line guys.

Hi, Very helpful, especially as the Eero router is a bit painful. Now have OpnSense running on a mini pc and have something a bit more user friendly for my needs.

I've been trying to cancel my service with this company for 4 months. Despite assurances over the phone and confirmation that my service has been cancelled, they continue to bill me and now are threatening me with debt collection for a service they aren't providing to a house I no longer live in.
